I remember in the early 80s we used to wake up in the middle of the night to watch Hassan Sardar and Sami Ullah win gold in the Olympics against Germany, Holland, and Australia.
Makes me so emotional to see them win after ages. Pak was a team because of whom the Europeans had to change dozens of game rules so that Pak domination can be ended. And since 1994 World Cup, we have been in reverse gear.

@@2076273bro we won the 1994 World Cup on astro turf and 1995 champions trophy too also we reached 1990 world cup final on astro turf. PHF is responsible for downfall don't blame others

@@moski9861 The ball speed was reduced by almost half due to the wet drag of astro truff. The penalty (D) area was increased later. The hockey stick touching the grass inside the penalty area was considered a foul in the old days, this was also changed later....... and so much more.

Pakistan has shown excellent performance in the last two matches with significant improvement. There have been notable technical and tactical changes by the Pakistan team under Coach Oltmans. Against Korea, Pakistan demonstrated great short passing leading to goals, and they executed effective pressing both with and without the ball, resulting in 2 or 3 goals. Pakistan is playing modern hockey exceptionally well. Well done Pakistan team and Oltmans! Keep it up 🎉❤️❤️

Yes, such goal remind me Shehbaz Senior and Hasan Sardar but this was very special goal defeated all deference from 25 line of Korea and ended n good finish.
Love to see 3 field goals..the real beauty of real hockey. Asian style hockey was real hockey n Pakistan should advocate for this.
Great to see that Pakistan's Hockey is crawling back to her golden days but to be honest they have to work hard to utilise the opportunities specially in penalty corners , so far they got too many but they also missed too many.
The south koreans looked shocked after the first goal , they just couldnt match the speed and the skill of pakistan.
