- !!!Sesame candies are really considered not only delicious but also healthy!
Each plant seed contains a large percentage of zinc and sodium, phosphorus and manganese, selenium and calcium, copper and potassium, magnesium and iron. The special value of the fruit is the content of elements with antioxidant properties, such as phytosterols, sesamin, retinol, tocopherol, B vitamins and lecithin.
This is one of my favorite candies that I make regularly.
I am happy to share the recipe for these wonderful sweets and hope that you will have a lot of fun.
Ingredients:
butter 250 g
sesame 150 g
coconut flakes 25 g
cocoa 50 g
powdered sugar 200 g
dry cream 25% 130 g
dark chocolate 100 g
white chocolate 50 g
oil 20 ml
