Fun fact. If you look in the room kuhlman sits in there isn’t a roof vent but there’s a blocked off floor vent behind him. After he dies and you look in his room again the vent has a whole in it which means the alien busted through it to get there

The game producers actually admitted that somewhere in Sevastopol there is a Queen. Probably under the reactor and thats why theres probably hundreds if not thousands of bugs in the whole station and why youre continuously being harrassed and tracked by them, bc its probably a new one in each new lvl.

Black Widow Yeah, he physically takes up almost the entire vent when he’s charging after you. Them in the vents in Aliens TERRIFIED me as a kid. To the OP, thanks for pointing it out. I missed that part on first viewing.
Fun fact during medical 2 aliens can spawn in the PS3 version of this game without mods, developer oversight with the initial spawn outside of the first office I think that was eventually patched properly.

If u slow down the video n take a close look in the office, there's a vent on the floor not too far away from his seat, that's how the alien went in n got him.
Easy, because i'm mostly focused on exploring. High difficulty is too costly in terms of time saving. But i'm using an aggressive configuration for more Alien activity which generates more interesting scenes. I'm not a fan of unpredictable Alien mod because in a great Alien game i want to deal with Xenos as much as i can. D
Awesome video!. I was wondering... at about 2:33 in the video, you passed by one of the two Red doors that divides that section in half. Is there a way to explore that portion of the map? because it looks like it fully detailed with functioning doors. I also from time to time see AI wondering about on the other side.
Good question, i've already explored that section with a free cam tool and found the missing rooms fully detailed and equipped. There are also one or two entrance points for the Xeno but he is not able to use them. We had a discussion about that on steam and suspected that there probably occured some serious AI problems during the quality management process which the developers solved by cutting off this section provisorily near the end of developing. @@thebes893 Most likely the issue was that when the two red gates were not present it caused a complete circle. Making things either.. easier.. or harder with the alien able to go completely around. What would be a good test would be to remove those red gates in a game and "test it out". ;D
I would say that in this game are many things possibly because it's not 100% perfect. Nevertheless i love it bcause it's lightyears better than most games of this genre.
i got the debug checkpoint mod and still i cant see how could you make this happen...it also caused a permanent 'fata error' on my motion tracker...i wanted to visit kuhlman aswell :(

That's quite normal for first time players (including me), but after more playthroughs and checking out the mechanics for fun you will see how things work (depending on general difficulty ofc).
So did you console command those tools in or what? Cause I know you were never supposed to be able to cut open that door on the first visit. (Edit) Or do... everything else you did. 🤨
5:04 this is on easy mode. The alien sees you and hisses and only attacks if you don't get out of its way. Basically on easy it doesn't hunt you, it walks around and just gets pissed off if you get in its way
