I use:
For the test we will need:
* Flour - 400 grams
* Butter - 250 grams
* Egg yolks - 2 pieces
* Sour cream 20% fat - 180 grams
*Zest of one lemon
* Vanilla sugar - to taste
* Salt - a pinch
For filling:
* Nuts - 200 grams
* Powdered sugar - 50 grams (for filling) and 100 grams (for sprinkling)
* Egg whites - 2 pieces
