I really like their blueberry leave in, you only need a tiny bit, fine/damaged/HP/ 2b/c/3a curls. It also has protein which I love.
Do you use it as a styler as well? Or do you add another product?
@@YeislinRuiz I use a gel afterwards, I don't think it's meant as a one off product but I also haven't tried using it alonem
I have those products They are too heavy for my hair too but when I just use a little bit of it my hair looks good just try a smaller amount and it should work for you. 💜
I’m going to give it another try. ☺️
Good review....was wondering if maybe you should have accompanied the gel with the blueberry leave in. Love that your giving some attention to black owned businesses!😊I would love to see you review the doux mousse. I use it as a one and done and it is fabulous!
Thank you! I will have to give it a try! I like using mousses for hold.
I got very similar results to you. So I played with my products (I have the milk, mousse and gel in the blueberry line), and I found out less is more with these. I've gotten it to where I like my results with these products, but I don't love it. I subscribed to your channel bc it looks like we have similar curl patterns and maybe texture, so I'm thinking we might get similar results with products and techniques. 😀
Thank you so much for subscribing!! I definitely agree with you. A lot of product will weigh my hair down but these products worked better for my boyfriend's hair whom has 4a to 4b curls and has low porosity.
I definitely think this product is more directed towards dry or African textured hair and that's probably why it didn't work out for you. I use these products and my daughter who has 4c hair has had success with them as well. They really hydrate her thick course hair and bring out her curls. Everything isn't for everybody and maybe this is just one of those things. I think it's great that you're trying out black owned hair companies this month but just keep in mind that since they may target the African textures, you will probably want to use them much more moderately.
You are totally right. The label said all hair types (wavy, curly kinky and coily) so I decided to give it a try. I am still going to give it a another try but using just one product. Good thing I have a partner that has 4a/4b hair. He loves using all the hair products I buy 😂😂.
Just wanted to let you know that you were right! My partner’s hair loves it and he has 4b hair!
@@YeislinRuiz oh that's awesome!
