How to apply for housing in Finland | Student Housing | Family Apartments

- At this point most of the students are going for their residence permit appointments. This is the right time to apply for housing as well. In Tampere, TOAS provides student accommodation for singles as well as couples. If you are coming as a single student, you should apply in a shared apartment and if you are coming as a couple then you can apply for a studio apartment or in family apartments. Here is the link to the website where you can submit your application online. If you are coming as a family, you just need to submit one application.

As mentioned the family apartments and their prices vary depending upon the size and the number of rooms. Regarding the pricing, check the TOAS website which I have mentioned in the video and the description; it should be a big deal to search it out!

Shoaib! We are hearing some rumours regarding Finland universities discarding all the scholarships from 2025. There's also a rumour going on that the Finland will not be allowing anyone to open a Wolt account from 2025?
Kindly update on this topic. If possible, create a video regarding these rumours as they're being spread by folks living in Finland.
It’s very nice to hear that finding accommodation is not a big deal in Finland. Here in Ireland finding accommodation is a nightmare. Finding a job or even true love is much more easy 😂😂😂

Hello brother,
I have obtained hosting agreement for PhD program from Oulu university. My master degree is verified from university but not from HEC yet. I have applied for HEC degree attestation but as usual their process is quite slow.
My question is, can i apply at Enter Finland website for Residence Permit and upload educational documents and then show/submit HEC verified docs at Abu Dhabi Embassy later? I have already booked an appointment in July at VFS Global.
Any suggestion will also be appreciated.

Please visit their website for scholarship information. Usually, all universities in Finland have either a tuition fee waiver and Finland scholarship but please check it from their website.
Main aur mera friend ka haaga helia me admission hoagya hai aur ham log eek sath rehne ka plan kiye hai toh ham log ko konsa type ka apartment book karna padega ,..like shared , studio ya kaunsa? Or share apartment me 1 room me ham 2no rehsakte hai ki nai?

I don't know what do you mean? Of course you need to confirm your study place in order to move forward with your residence permit process.

Aoa Shoaib Bhai, i have got admission in Finland Temperory University with scholarship but unfortunately i am unable to get the VFS AbuDhabi appointment for First Resident Permit for Studies slot. Trying from last 20 days but still no time slot is available on VFS AbuDhabi website. Please advise what to do in this regard to get urgent appointment slots as my AbuDhabi Visa has left only 30 days. All other related work are completed execpt Health insurance which i will get after appointment confirmation. Please suggest the best possible way to get the VFS appointment.
First of all, try to remember the spelling of the university in which you have gotten the scholarship. It is Tampere university not Temperory university. You should go in the waiting list and they will update you once the slots are available.
Thanks for your response. It was typing mistake 😊 I have already applied through the waiting list at VFS website in 1st week of May. How long will it take to get the slot usually ? if u are in the waitlist as my UAE visa is expiring in 1st week of June.

Very difficult for the master's program
Bro this was my final year in 3 years BCA programme and I don't think I'll be able to pass one of the subjects in my final semester because I was affected with food poisoning. I can only complete this backlog by next year (May 2025)
Also I had numerous amount of backlogs in past, but I cleared all of them. Now only one backlog left...
Will they accept me if my motivation letter is strong and if i have good certifications

Universities have their own timeframes. So, either check from their websites or write an email to them and ask!

In my case , my father is sponsor & has transferred me €7000 ,
The problem is source of funds of sponsor,
We have a properly not with a sale deed, and incomplete document of that property because we r still paying on leasing, can i make sale agreement of that property name in my father with any person, as a token money received of €7000 from that person and he transferred that amount into my acocunt, and rest will be paid by buyer later as per original amount on closure to sale deed after 180 days,
Will sale agreement of unfinished house sold on token will help me to illustrate income source of sponsor (my father)

My sponsor is my father, just 1 year before he had excellent statement of 10 M, which was utilize to sent my brothet to UK, and consistently it got decreased but never nill, meanwhile he is having 4 M in his account since a month only, and my father is salaried person, salary is arround 55 k monthly, and wokring with five star hotel service of 35 years, so presenting him as my sponsor with 6 months salary slip, tax return document & hotel employment contact,
Will it work efficiently in my case beacuse he has transfer me 2.2 M , around 7000 euro and still will have 1.5 M in his account.

Sir, I have video links of a creator who's spreading news that the Finland government is permanently closing the scholarships, and the wolt accounts are being shut down! I don't know if he's posting these videos just for views, or is it even real, but can you clear this doubt as you're currently living there! It would be so helpful if you do so, I'll always be thankful to you.
It is true that the scholarships are getting affected from the next year. There is a recent article related to it, so you can check it online. Regardless of the wolt accounts, i am not sure what do you mean by this.
@shoaibqureshi278 Kindly upload a video regarding this topic. The article says that the Finland government scholarship will be affected only, not the earlybird! Kindly mention this wolt stuff in the video, I don't know if the creator tried to spread rumours just for views, but I won't believe it until unless it's said and confirmed by you!
