Couldn’t find the exact same on the internet, it’s a SNAPRIG handle. Got it when I bought the cage and handle for my a7siii 🙂

For smooth speed Ramping would you shoot in 4k 60fps or 4k 24fps

I would recommend 50/60fps for that 🙂

Do you have any tips how I can keep an object in the Center of my Camera when I‘m moving for example around a car rim. Sadly all my footage was completely trash :/

It all comes down to practice and giving it time🙏
You can use tracking in post process or reframing your shot in post but I try to get it right in camera 🙌

But most of the time I try not to use the joystick
