Hey, probably some time in the future, yes! but its a lot of work, finding a strategy that is somewhat consistent and "easy" to follow, where i am myself not that experienced on manning in the first place
Not a lot really, switching to scope changes your viewmodel and basically the position of your weapon (sounds stupid but thats how they made it work) which sometimes makes it easier to get someone hiding, or allows you to get a shot on someone you couldnt hit otherwise. And i kind of got used to doing it at longer ranges

I hope to see you run Tidal again (assuming you want to.) The beginning of this run was INSANE. If you had the first stages of this run on your PB run, youd have a sub 28 run guaranteed. Do you plan on coming back to run some Tidal or another mission solo legendary?
Hey, appreciate it! I am definitly no where near the limit, sum of best (fastest time ive done each room) sits at around 25minutes. Theres a lot of RNG involved, and those Times took around 100h to achieve, probably more. i got it down to 28:13, but thats were i stopped. Im definitly up to revisit it (being so far away from my limit kinda hurts), but for now i just cant really find the motivation. There is no real competition currently, and im burned out of the Game in general. I dont think i ever really will run something else competitive, i just really like Tidal.
@toasteyxgod I run a ton of solo legendary, and brother I totally understand the nature of RNG and how frustrating it can be. You definitely have this mission locked down, it's true nobody else is close right now, but the best competition is against yourself in my opinion. While you will never truly get a "perfect run" as far as Tidal is concerned (mission is too long and difficult) I think you are easily capable of shaving a minute or two off with just better luck and positioning. Using the container when on the ramp stage is your biggest time save in my opinion, since the safe spot is very slow. I'm going to check your twitch right now for that faster run you just talked about, I gotta see this. Would a bounty motivate you? I'd seriously consider it.
@@crx122 yea, having a 25-30min run where literally one add can just kill the run just gets to you after a while,especially cause some friends like the (con)trollers just love to do that. ive tried the container on ramp a few times, and it doesnt really save time to my perfect normal split, but is just a lot riskier. i dont have the 28:13 on my twitch sadly, i didnt really think id be done there so i wasnt really bothered to save and upload a 30sec time save :p i cant accept a bounty, but i really appreciate it. im definitly up to do it in the future, right now im kinda wasting my life into first descendant but im definitly not done with tidal!
@toasteyxgod If you have that video, I'd greatly appreciate if you upload it, as I'm currently practicing tidal basin myself. Each run is different, and seeing how you react and change positioning etc is really helpful, plus I just love watching your tidal basin runs. OK so fair point on the ramp, how about skipping the ramp completely? I'm sure you are aware that you can run straight at the NPCs, drop a decoy and skip that section entirely. You then run to the back of the next section and complete it there. Navy rain did it in his run, can link for you if you don't know what I'm talking about. Edit: I really wish there was a practice mode for individual sections. Having to run so far just to try out new stuff kinda sucks sometimes lol.
@@crx122 i do know that its possible, but you can believe me i Tried a lot and these are the strats that worked best/most consistent and fastest for me. I saw navys run, however i did have to save some time so thats why i changed strats. It doesnt reaaally work with full red (or tier 1 with tdi kard) anyway, since he runs memento iirc. I think on my twitch are a few Highlights(videos) of pbs i didnt bother to upload, but in the end you kinda have to play around and find your own strats, cause some things i did/do might not fit or work for you
Hey, thank you! I am using 4pc striker (including chest and backpack) 1 ceska and 1 grupo (pretty much use that for every legendary i play). In solo it is at 58 crit chance, and everything else crit dmg, and i use 1 protection from elite Mod Weapons are st elmo +banshee with unwavering

@@RestaurantManager101 while expertise definitly helps, im sure you can do it! (even with expertise 10 for example) for me personally having the right build, and knowing the positions matters more, then a few levels of expertise!

@@RestaurantManager101 on the tutorials i did for example, i used an expertise 12 elmo (to specifically show that the expertise doesnt matter too much). Ideally you have the watch maxed ( so lvl 1000 for the watch stats) and then you good to go! The biggest thing is probably to not loose Motivation if it goes wrong for you , legendary sadly is super random and bullshit sometimes :/ but im sure youll get there, good luck!
Hey, hard to tell. Ive been running this for a while now (while running duos on tidal aswell, which definitly helped with remembering spawns and behaviour). Id assume atleast 100+ Hours, figuring out Strategies and perfecting them. Theres still a lot of time i can save, but a big part is just RNG
