You should work with locally grown farmers, those that use regenerative agriculture only. To break the sad farm factories back.

Farm stores where my father bought vanilla ice cream and cones back in the 1970's when I was a kid. 🍦 🐄 🐮

I hope that I'm blessed with a lottery win or a miraculous windfall one day so that I can purchase one of these franchise stores for my area.
The downtown area of my small town is the busiest hub spot for traffic & business in general, and it could benefit greatly from something like this, and I'd keep it running 24/7 to compete with the Cumberland Farms & 7-11 stores down the street.
I know of the perfect spot for it too, since the spot I'm thinking of used to be a convenience store with gas station stalls (they went out of business either just before or at the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic), and it sits at the forked island between two one-way streets--perfect for one way traffic entering and exiting on both sides, making the traffic flow seamless.
I have so many ideas on how to add to this model by also offering a walk-up window in the front for additional services to those who opt to park & get out of their cars or those on foot in the downtown area, such as money orders and lottery sales, with an inset atm machine (installed in the wall so there are minimal chances of machine theft) near the front. At the back of the store, I'd offer beer keg rentals, like a beer depot, where the customer places a deposit on a keg of beer filled with the brand they choose (for a cost, of course), and then they receive their deposit back upon return of the empty keg.
And since I live in Florida, I'd also want to ensure that the store is equipped with bullet-proof and hurricane-strength windows/doors with possible hurricane shutters for additional protection from the elements as well as offering additional security (with added surveillance cameras) from possible armed robberies to well-paid staff (starting at $15/hr). It could literally be one of the safest convenience stores to work for! :)
That's my dream. Maybe one day it will come true! (Speaking as a consumer, these are features that I would love for myself!) 😀😎
