When I got my pans earlier this year It was difficult to get the oil off. I ended up putting boiling hot water on it. Then some bar keepers friends with scrubber.
@@kingsleychan i havent had to. I only had to use Bar Keepers friend to get off that oil coating. The seasoning on my pan just keeps getting better as I cook. Havent had anything stick much. I just wash out with hot water, bit of soap, with a nylon dobie pad. Have a bigger n30 Darto pan to clean and season. Know its going to be a job. Waiting for the wx to cool off to season it. I like to oven season with at least 4 very thin coats. Hope your first cook went well.

@@helencraw hey Helen, oh I should have tried boiling water.
I have heard bar keepers is solid to use. Do you still use that even after seasoning?

Chainmail scrubber under hot water with some dish detergent works like a charm.
