  • The ordinary symbolism of the wolf can be ignored as it derives from the rise of pastoralists and their limited view of what a wolf meant to them. But mystic symbolism is never based on these narrow human-centric views.

" Pay Attention Son, this is the part of the Story that's Really Important. As Old and as True as the Sky, the Wolf that shall Keep it may Prosper, but the Wolf that shall Break it must Die, As the Creeper that Kurdles the Tree trunk, the Law Runneth forward and Back, For the Strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the Strength of the Wolf is the Pack. "

    Dear Sir/Madam,
Foxes cannot breed with either dogs or wolves due to their different amount of chromosome pairs. However hybridisation between dogs & wolves is possible as they are more closely related unlike the fox. Kind regards.

Not that proving, or disproving your claim would be life altering. However, there are many accounts of, and research based on the compatibility between dogs and foxes. Even ancient civilisations which used such a union in their predictions.

      @@spiritsoul2396 Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you very much for your comment. Just as we cannot cross breed humans with any of the great apes; with a bit of genetical meddling however it's possible to produce an offspring. I dare say likewise with foxes; under natural condition, nothing would come out of it but possibly with some human interference. Best to seek the comments from a breeder/geneticist to ascertain once & for all. Kind regards.

Gray Wolf is the national symbol of all Turk/Turkic people and their nations, as well as Turkish Republic, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan etc. independent countries and also other Turkic states currently located under Russian administratio uses Gray Wolf as the national symbol. There is even a country in the Russia that called as "Başkurtistan" (Head = Leader/Alpha Wolf) Republic also know as Bashkortostan (Башкирия).
Even Turk/Turkish existence is based on "Ergenekon Legend and Bozkurt (Gray Wolf) legends. According to the both legends, Turks born from a She Wolf mother (Asena) and a human man.
Turk/Turkic mythology is full of Gray Wolf. Especially "Asnea" Asena, Asina) (The Alpha She Wolf, mother of all Turks) and "Gokboru" (The Alpha male gray wolf have a lion like mane, that comes to earth every 100 years to lead the Turks) are the most famous ones.
