Dude it is nice trick but don’t do that again. Company or organisation data should be kept confidential specially when it involves people’s details. Tell your boss to buy scanner with OCR software. It is cheap. It is ok if it is personal use though. Don’t get fired buddy

Oh, quick question! Since there are spaces in addresses but I want the entire address in the same cell, would you recommend a colon or something not typically used in addresses as the delimiter?

The problem is if I manage to get an excel sheet as you have just shown above, is there a quick and easy way to merge that into the excel document she has painstakingly been working on? there is. in short, you set up 2 sheets in a single workbook, on a third sheet choose merge tables. once merged, the other sheets can be deleted or hidden.

I have a ton of identical reeipts that I would like to scan and turn into excel files. How do I scan the receipts and have certain words put into headers and the figure after those words put into the column under the created header? example..a gas receipt might have several lines and look like this gallons 32.58 driver John Doe price per gallon 3.52 etc result etc2 result lets say i have 100 of these, so i want the excel sheet to contain the catagories on reciept to be headers, and the values to be stored under their perspective header. How do I accomplish this?
ok can I pick certain data only to create a CSV file, so say I have 20 A4 invoices I want the date, invoice number and total but leave the rest. could a single CSV be created from these mutlipule auto document feed scan? I have to put this data into an excel file, want to save some time(that I dont get paid for!)
With this method the easiest way would be to convert it to an excel document with the site and copy the individual values. There are other methods of OCR that i didn't cover in this video that could be used, but I'm not familiar with one that'll do what you need.

Can you can several forms choosing to only capture some of the information from the forms and load the data from the forms into a spreadsheet?

what about if i take a picture of a list in a magazine and then move it will that work
