1. When we offer social media management content service to the client, what do we sell besides content that can save their time? if we say to a client that his/her IG followers will increase using our social media management service, as we know that organic IG infographic post is dead (very low exposure), any explanation about this one?
2. If the client is like a personal health coach who shows his or her face on camera, does it mean for IG reels we will ask the client to record any specific topics that are trending in his/her niche and then send it to us for optimization like caption and hashtags only, is it how it works? Do we need to edit the client's raw video?

1) Focus on content that has more potential. Reels. Reaction videos. Trending sounds. You don't have to just rely on Infographics (although they can still work).
2) Yes, I would recommend modelling what other successful fitness coaches are doing. Talking videos, workout videos, lifestyle motivational edits, etc.
The goal really is to sell to them and deliver to them what they WANT. Some business owners paid my team to just save them time. Others wanted direct growth or revenue increases. You just match what they want :)
@@1997adamwalsh Hey Adam, real interesting stuff here, so do the business owners you work with find your agency because they want a certain thing regarding their social media or do you find them and help them find what they want so you can give it to them in your services?
Great Q, we signed 80% of our clients through cold outreach. IG dm asking a Q about their biz, then offering them a free case study showing how we helped a business similar to theirs, then the case study pitched a call. We scaled that to 500 outbound messages a day using VAs and appointment setters. @@Yanlearnswithyou
