I do know he's said he likes his map like that for mini map refrags so he can just move the enemy up to the top of the map. He recommends either this way or centered with rotation like you say so you can see as much as possible.
Hooj sets his map up that way for minimap refrag. However I agree with you that it can be learned with rotating and middle lock, as that’s how I play and I can minimap refrag. Another large bonus is it makes the map far bigger, which is easier to see stuff with peripheral vision.
As far as first bullet inaccuracy goes, I think it has its place in the game to balance gun ranges. I do agree it could be buffed slightly, especially for vandal or maybe ghost, but overall I wouldn’t want those weapons to encroach on other weapons niches.
there was a video that you mentioned you can practice peaking or some shooting mechanic with the sage wall in practice mode. Can you w0rthyTV, or someone link that video?

@@w0rthytv yeah yeah it’s just like color settings. depending on which editing software you may use they have different names, but there should be an effect you can use called “exposure” and there might be other things on there, crank up the exposure a bit and everything becomes a bit more bright and visible
Absolutely need to buff the first shot inaccuracy. I can only imagine how its altered games and peoples mindset. The clip is a perfect example. No way should he have missed any of those. Happens with the pistols and sheriff WAY to much.
i think there shouldnt be any first bullet inaccuracy at all, i get they do it to try to balance the guns, and their ranges, but it just promotes more rng and i feel like rng in tac shooters is not fun lol, id prefer something like an extremely hard dmg fall off over having rng bullets

CS2 has this also. It’s designed to give guns preferred ranges. The vandal is most effective in medium range. For long range fights, snipers or the guardian is the most optimal choice.

You don't like it till you consistently get dinked by a classic from 50 mtrs while holding a vandal :), inaccuracy is another tactical decision and it has its place in tac FPS. Just imagine if there was no inaccuracies and you could just buy up frenzy every round to beam people in all ranges
use guardian then, no first bullet inaccuracy if u ads and 1 taps to the head always, obviously you can't spray like with a rifle but that's a tradeoff

I suppose people started doubting him(rightfully so) because if you was ever 700rr+ you should never be stuck in ascendant for a whole act even if you didn't play for months. And imho there's a 99% chance that WooHoojin never actually reached high radiant himself(even radiant alone might be a reachwho knows cuz the guy is flexing his CHALLENGET RANK IN FLEXQ btw which is absolutely pathetic considering no one literally no one carey about flexQ in LoL and he probably got boosted there too so he could advertise himself better cuz yk he SUPPOSEDLY reached the highest ranks in multiple games.
