after some light digging in the pits of reddit and a twitter dive, I have surmised that Badjhur is a voice actor with a deep raspy voice and a very convincing british accent, that is known for making some Simon "Ghost" Riley dubs, both of the SFW kind on TikTok, and especially of the NSFW kind...and apparently Bao has commissioned him an NSFW Ghost audio for her birthday, so she freaked out as usual when Badjhur himself revealed to be lurking in her chat
