I agree with all the reviews, don’t come to Breckenridge. In fact, don’t come to summit county for ski season, because all of the mountains are terrible. The best places are in Michigan. They have the best food.

Actual rich ppl DGAF about stuff like this they literally just throw money at it to get on with their day, don't whinge or complain about spending money and definitely have no need to remind ppl that they are rich. I always laugh at ppl that tell me "I spend big money etc etc" because they're NOT RICH. if you're rich you do not nickel and dime things.

I was told for years Vail resorts suck and all that shit! But when I bought the epic local pass last season it was amazing!! Yes like every other mountains it has its pros and cons, just like everything else in life. Vail, keystone, Breckenridge and Beaver Creek was awesome!!! Just watch the weather report, ride mid week if possible and if you have to ride on the weekends just get up super early to beat traffic or leave the night before and crash at a friend's house or rent a hotel room 🤦😁

I went to Breck/Vail on the week of the 24th in April and had a pretty great time. Never been in peak season, and don’t know if I would want to go to Breck during that time.

If you werent banned from VR, where would you rank Breck among vail, beaver creek, keystone and Breck? I'm asking in terms of if there was a foot of pow overnight, there are no lift lines, and a bluebird day 100% open.... Are you going to the any of those other ones before breck and if so where does Breck rank among those? Personally... I put it last among all those mountains.

No.
Not a fan of all the flat areas that “identify” as blue runs. Breck isn’t horrible but I’d rather go to Winter Park, A Basin, or Keystone. I’d actually rather go to Eldora, at least every run at Eldora is actually down hill. Breck’s flat/dead zones only get worse to get through on powder days and slush days, and some areas are so long you’re just standing on your board barely moving (even with a fresh coat of wax) for so long. The good thing about Breck is that it’s a very visited resort, so that helps divert crowds away from the resorts I like to go. Btw Avran, I thought you hated vail resorts?
Where do you get your snowboard wall mounts? You seem like a guy who’d make them yourself, but if you purchase them, let me know where. I can’t find any like that. Good stuff, thx.

It’s five quarter by 4 decking boards with wooden dowels cut to 1” Lengths and screwed on. You can find videos on CZcams about them. I used rubber plugs instead of wooden dowels.

Crystal, Snoqualmie, Baker, Mission Ridge, Hurricane Ridge, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some others.
@@AngrySnowboarder Only die hards go to Hurricane Ridge. Crystal is Washington's Vail. Mission is still good and expanding terrain. Snoqualmie is so low in elevation but they sure are trying! White Pass is a hidden gem for cruisers. 49Degrees North is great but far. And Baker...its mecca to us in the state, no bad words for Baker...ever.

Breckinridge “…third most expensive ski town…” LMAO. One of the most affordable-end of story.
Biggest issue is that the reviews come from moronic skiers. A bad day of riding is still better than work bc you can spray skiers and laugh in their faces.

I switched to snowboarding from skiing 20 years ago and never looked back. I only wish I didn't piss away 25 years on skis. I've rode 25+ resorts out west in the U.S. and Canada. I was even a bum in Winter Park for a season. By far, the worst hill I've rode in North America has to be Breck. I love the town, have no issues with the locals, or tourist, but the hill has a lot to be desired. Poor layout (I've actually told people looking for a quick way to Peak 7 from Peak 9 was to ski down and take the bus). To many flats for a board, grooming is almost non-existent late in the season. If I were forced to ride in Summit County, Copper, or A-Basin would be my go to. I try like hell to stay off of I-70, but sometimes I give in to pear pressure...

breck sucks. worst resort ive ridden in colorado. pretty views though ( dude thought no lift lines would happen on tuesdays in the reviews. hahaha nope!)
Reality is your the problem! Go shred your hill and stay out of colorado.
