These are made for fast pace, and mostly forefoot strikers that is why it sounds load because like me you also heal slash mid-foot striker.
hes using a drag racing car for a trip to the Mall :D
I’m trying to work on getting away from heel striking as much as possible. I contribute that to one of the reasons for my heel injury. Appreciate the feedback. The carbon plate will help either way!

@@erikvillarreal4409 i wouldnt go for such an extreme shoe for that the full carbon fiber plate tire your feet more i would just buy normal forefoot striking shoes w/o carbon fiber plate those racing shoes are for races and personal records especially if you start with forefoot running you dont need the push from the shoe you need to go slow

Does the pain in the forefoot eventually go away? That arch was digging into the forefoot in balls of my feet today lol like ouch

Yeah right. You cant do that instantly and not everyone can do it due to medical conditions etc.
Running barefoot in Texas would most likely leave me with 3rd degree burns!!
