The current Japanese team is showing great organization, but they don't have the staying power. Croatia, South Korea, and Morocco advanced to the World Cup semifinals, but winning the title was not easy. Japan must advance to at least the quarterfinals.😢

For the third conceded goal, wasn't Rudiger positioned too high? The triangle formed by the three defenders became too small. With Japan's forwards and midfielders contained within this tight triangle, it made it easy for passes to be intercepted.
