In The Handmaid's Tale, Gilead did not take over the world, they took over America, which is now Gilead. It's also based on a novel by Margaret Atwood, it wasn't created by Bruce Miller, who was the original showrunner.
I know a series would come about UK take over by moslems 😄
Gilead was fighting on several fronts for the duration of the series, most notably with the rebels in Chicago but also with rebels in CA, TX and FL. I'm also not sure that the initial bloody coup in Washington successfully integrated NYC into their asylum. The relationship between Gilead and Canada was the most interesting, at least in the TV series - delivering Fred to face his execution in no-mans land was natural justice finally served. I am enjoying a glammed-up Elisabeth Moss in The Veil - they put her through hell in THMT and she delivered IMO.

Revolution is an American post-apocalyptic science fiction television series that I would love to see make a comeback or reinvented so much more to the story then what was in the tv series.

@@V3ntilator 100%. Well, I wouldnt say that one episode made TLOU trash, but that whole episode couldve been a 10min part of an episode. We get it, theyre gay, they loved each other, they had sex. Didnt need to be one of the longest and graphic sex i can recall. It bordered soft core gay porn, and went on and on. Like, i dont even want to know that much about a straight couple, or see that long of a straight sex scene in a show either.
The 100, Fallout, Snowpiercer... there is a number you missed.

Season 1 & 2 of The Last Ship is great but season 3 went to sh*t and I couldn't even get through the later seasons. Good thing the main story wraps up in season 2. So I would still recommend It but stop watching at season 2.

It disappointing the way The Last of Us ended. Will there be any new episodes coming out and if so, when? Also, will there be another season of Revolution? Like the other show there was no definitive ending for the show leaving people wondering what happens to the survivors. 😡
