From playing melee (and fighting games in general) you learn a lot about watching for the enemy's animations. And you also learn that human reaction time caps at a point and that a lot of these plays are reads rather than reactions (similarly impressive, mind you). Highly recommend those games if you want to learn how to dodge stuff!
i mean, you gotta be dedicated to pay attention to such detail. most of us dont even bother while pros know exactly how many seconds each ability of the champion has, if its their life, yes, if i play casual, why bother?

The key is to know and memorize every champ's combo, then predict what they would do. They'll try to look for a chance to land those combo, so it'll be possible or even easier to predict. All you have to do is to pay attention so you can prepare yourself ahead of time to dodge their combo.
It's not only reactions. But also understanding what they want and the tools they have. But it also goes with the players behind both champions. Because holding back for right moment, baiting, etc. All of those come into the fight itself. Not just reactions. Mind games too. Also set ups and more. But accuracy and execution as well.

The elise clip on 2:00 isn’t a “inhuman reaction” at all. He sees elise through the whole fight and obviously knows that her cocoon is coming. This is a prediction because he has probably faced many Elise’s in his career and knows exactly what ability she will use. Pure game sense moment, he didn’t even need to react to it. Players like this are scary, they keep count subconsciously of the enemies abilities and cooldowns. Just second nature to him at this point through sheer repetition.
Theres something that people kinda miss to understand about kr server and its the fact that you are lagged like fr fr lagged af at 10ms, most of this plays can be done by otps and "good" players with a really good ping, we the 60+ cant pull most of those things at all
adc is the strongest role in the game, and this proves it. Not alot of NA players can pull off what these players can do, but the reality is adc is broken strong for a while now like ive been saying

one SMALL detail - Korean MS is usually around 7, while there is me playing at 70MS trying to flash over Morgana's Q and still get hit
