the reason that shes quite breathy ( As Tristan says ) is because :
1. because dances while singing
2. I know She dances a lot while singing, but this song is quite quiet ( compared to her other songs ) so you can hear her breath more in this performance.

She has anxiety and PTSD but her vocal choices are just based on the vibe she wants for the song/performance, not her mental state.
Sarah Lane it was because of how emotional she was during the song it was one of the harder songs she’s had to write and I feel like she did it not for her fans but more so for herself. Also during the wedding part she had a very bad and public falling out with her dad so it’s not because of the way she wants to sing it it’s her emotions. Also this song isn’t on the album it’s a single.
