It would be good if a villain kidnapped Laurel and took her to Central City and took her father as hostage and when Laurel is tied up seeing her father get beaten I think it would be cool if Laurel was screaming and at the same time the particle from the explosion can give her canary cry
The writers failed her to a degree. At the beginning she was a bad ass fighter, but later in the show they act as if she couldn’t take care of herself and needed training. Also, was it hard for them to write her a reason to be in Central City to get her powers from the power accelerator? I say that because her sonic device is breaking it’s own rules. It seems it suppose to just have an area effect, but you can see she can blast with it via the guy flying in the van. Well, actually you can’t see because they didn’t aid her with effects. Finally, killing her off was stupid af, don’t @ me.

If you watched the flash. Cisco made a new sonic device for laurel which can project and alter her voice into a artificial sonic scream. Thats why her scream here not so strong and didnt cause much damage as black siren and dinah drake screams.
Why did they make laurel aka black canary weaker than sara and just abandon laurel the OG black canary to be dead? there isnt anything more cringe or painful to watch in the Arrowverse. The way her mouth stretches out of sync with the siren scream just killed the character for me! We used to forward the scenes when Black Canary (stupid name by the way) started a fight with her ridiculous scream.
