I've tried to do the splits 3 times before but gave up after a week, this time I've already made more progress in 4 days than I had in the whole of those 3 tries combined, thanks so much for this tutorial u are the best :)

I started to try to get my splits a year ago and I started almost at the same height as you did, but I'm still not really there yet. I can go all the way dowm with my left leg at the front but there are days when I just can't. But I won't give up, because I want them for my dance classes and I want to surprise my dance teacher when we will finally be able to dance in the studio again when the pandemic is over. Your video gave me some fresh motivation, thank you for that😊
Last night I did the splits but I’m trying to do it again but my legs hurt so much 😖
yea that happened to me but i kept pushing anyways and after i did the exercises again my leg barely hurt

I’ve had multiple stretching vids, and I was doing them all. But since I trust u a lot, I’m gonna only do your stretching, cause when I already stretched I got my splits deeper, but the other vids didn’t really make a change. I and we love u a lot, thank u! ❤
The only thing I hear when I was stretching was cracking my bones were cracking a lot and I didn’t like it

Thank you so much for this routine! I'm really close to my splits for months now but coundn't do the last bit. I did this just once and improved so much! I feel like I finally stretched out the right part of my legs haha.
It's also really hard for me to hold stretches longer than ten seconds but with you talking in the background it was so much easier 😊
Make sure you’re breathing slowly, five seconds in 5 seconds out, 6 breaths a minute, you’ll find your endurance goes way up, and make sure your core is doing most of the work for any stretch

I've been stretching for a really long time (probably years?) and I couldn't do a proper split, the square splits always hurted a lot, only now I'm starting to feel less pain on my splits cuz only now I started doing the stretches in the correct way :) but I'm happy that I'm doing them right now, soo tysm Elena

Thank you so much for a great tutorial. I know these are the proper techniques as my coach has us do these same things so I know them but it helps to have someone saying them so I can stretch extra at home to get my over splits square. Could you please do an over middle splits tutorial or a video addressing what you eat in a day as a rhythmic gymnast? I do artistic but have tried rhythmic and really appreciate the difficulty. Which apparatus is your favorite? I enjoyed the clubs and ribbon. Also did you compete much with rope/could you show a video of that? Thanks so much

Should we warm up before trying these stretching exercises?
Yes but beacuse she is really flexible and has been doing this for years then it's okay for her but if your new to stretching and you don't warm up then it could lead to injury
I too gym Splots for leg but it's not good
