Have fun!

Great shots! This channel is truly a hidden gem
Thank You so much, it’s such a pleasure to receive comment like that! ❤️
i totally agree with this. This channel is just criminally underated!!
Thank you for sharing a great trip and good luck for more travel. I particularly liked your day1 compositions on Gold. I agree, the shot of the peeling paint is a keeper, great contrast.
Thank You so much Graham! Day 1 was in my opinion really „fresh” because Every ordinary thing on the street was quite unique and new to me.
Next time you come to Birmingham let me know. I’ll show you some incredible places to shoot. Great video
Thank You! Will do it for sure! I really want to go back to BIR for a few days and visit more places :)
Great trip with amazing camera in hands! Looking forward to next one!💥
Thank You so much! :)
Amazing video, Buddy! The photos turned out incredible. You made me want to visit, Birmingham :D Looking forward for the next video.
Thank You Bro! I’m glad you like it!
High recommendation to visit this city :D
The R8 was a 'grail' camera in it's day. Now, of course, they can be bought for massively reduced prices. The expense comes with buying compatible Leica lenses, often for many times the value of the camera body.
That's true - I got the cheapest one I think. But I'm looking for 24-70 f/4 Leitz Canada. I think, that their prices were like SL-2 today. And the optional digital back - in 1990's that was a thing!
Birmingham has a long history as an industrial city and has undergone massive change, rejuvenation and expansion in the last 20 years or so. Birmingham New Street Train Station used to be quite small but now it is the size of an airport. Did you visit Birmingham Library? It is less used as a library and more of a tourist attraction now, as it offers views over the city from the top floor.
Nottingham is also a great city which is not too far from Birmingham.
Heard same from people there!
Unfortunately Library was closed during my stay in BIR - but the building was amazing!
Love the photographs, I like that every roll has very unique feel despite being shot day after day in the same city. Also, please do make an R8 video, a compendium of why you like it so much would be a joy to watch :D
Thank You so much! Will do it! 😃
Don't forget Judas Priest there mate!
Great photos. I've toured the UK myself (from Australia) but I didn't see Birmingham. Maybe one day.
So mamy great bands!
Thank You! I highly recommend it!
What was Your fave place u visited in U.K.?
I have the R9 and love it. I understand why their owners are so enthusiastic. If you know - you know. It looks like you're using an older 2-CAM version summicron. Have you noticed any compatibility issues or scratching on the gold contacts? Curious if these are problems in real world usage. Great vid!
That's true - a bit unpopular camera in a world of analog Leica cameras, but really amazing gear - as You said "If You know - You know" :D
Yes, I'm using it with older Summicron and I haven't noticed anny issues - even checked it right now, there are no scratches on the gold contacts :)
Thank You so much!
