Horace Grant was a starting player in two of the best teams of all time ( 92’s Bulls and 2002 Lakers). He is underrated. Very good defensive player and a good offensive player with a mid range. If he had played in the modern era ( with inflations ajustement) he would give above 20 points and 10 rebounds with very good defense. Charles Barkley spoke very highly of him.

The year after Grant left to Orlando. The Bulls collapsed, Pippen was nowhere as good and the Magic made it to the finals. I saw it happen, it wasn’t a coincidence. Was Grant a superstar? Of course no. But he was a very good player that did a lot of things that you don’t see on the stats sheet.

@@T.Ramby11 we can easily afford to lose ray allen tbh. With wilt hakeem, KD and Kawhi our perimeter defense and offense is basically settled. Wilt and hakeem would just bully everyone and nice try dunking on those two guys. We also have kawhi to fuck up any1 that tries 3 pointers.
For the three ring one, I would shift Larry to small forward, then have Kevin Mchale at power forward. Mchale and klay are really close tho, they are some of the best second options ever

Also defensively Curry is the only defensive liability all of them would lock down they're enemies. Wade is the best shot blocking guard ever, Bird was a 4 time defensive all team.

I think it might be a cool idea if you did, the best 5 players from every amount of teams played for. So like for people who only stayed at one team all the way up to people who played for like 6+
I love the 2-ring lineup, the defense of Leonard and the offense of KD, the resources of shooting from every range is abundant.
I’d swap out Kawhi and put KD at SF, Hakeem at PF, and Wilt at C for 2 rings. Keep in mind Wilt only won 2.

The 3 ring team u put Klay as SF...that's reaching. Take out Klay and put Larry at SF and McHale at PF. McHale played great defense and was one of the best low post scorers ever.
Bro McHale was good but he wasn't even a starter most times for the Celtics. Klay is going down as the second best shooter all time. I am all for paying homage but McHale doesn't start over Klay ever.

I would have really liked to see a team that had both Magic and the Worm. Rodman played like a crazy man, but one with a giant heart. As for Rodman having little to no offense, consider that it wasn't that he couldn't shoot, but that every team he played on demanded that he sacrifice scoring to dominate in other areas, always rebounds and lock down defense.

Idk I think I'd rather have the 2 rings lineup over the 5 rings one. I think the scoring combo of KD and Kawhi is much more potent than anyone on the 5 rings one and Hakeem matches up fantastically against them, and the spacing would be great with Allen and the two wings. The one edge I'd give the 5 rings one would be Magic's playmaking skills being far better than IT's, but I think the spacing would be good enough that it wouldn't matter as much. Also the 5 rings team shooting isn't great and gets completely outclassed.

CP3 is probably a better on-ball defender and scorer, though Stockton's scoring is underrated. Stockton was a better facilitator, a great help defender and would set nasty screens on much bigger guys. With all those tough screens, Stockton still rarely missed games while CP3 has played all 82 only once.

Correction, Drexler joined the rockets in the 94/95 season which was the season in which MJ came back. I believe it was a mid year trade. MJ and the Bulls got eliminated by the Magic that year whom the Rockets swept with a huge contribution from Clyde the Glide.
