Nice job on the carpet. I went through a few razor blades cutting all the access off. But I was glad to have it. My door locks don't work but it's something I need to get to one of these days. Now I have a clue to what I'm getting into.
I also learned that all actuators must be functional or something might not work. The passenger side was also gummed up and it wouldn't let my drivers side work. Finally got all 4 doors working. I also cleaned the back two door actuators with brake fluid and electronic contact cleaner as they were all gummed up. They now work fine. Hope to see you on a trip! thanks for watching!
@@MajorWeakness gray is not a color choice they have agate? Do you think it was that? I just want to get it ordered without needing samples to try and match factory.
Looks awsome
Thanks

That interior is looking really nice....I want to get rid of my carpet and replace it with rubber mat...
Yes my other XJ just had rubber mats, I decided to go luxurious on this one but I might regret
i can’t disconet the metal line too the door
To the lock?
Do you think the electric one would work for a manual replacement? My xj is all manual and the actuators are broke and impossible to find.
Possibly
what color did you go with?
The original Gray.
