      Completely unhittable. Sick!

      Movement that was late and nasty.
      Chapman might be a below average human being, but he is virtually unhittable when he is on his game.

      @_ve0 Před 7 lety

      Itz Zodiak asking too much? he throws 105. and also he only blew 3 saves

    • @CanadaMMA
      @CanadaMMA Před 7 lety

      He is asking for too much because he is a relief pitcher. As good as he was last year, relief pitchers just don't have the impact other positions do.
      A good bullpen is the result of smart match ups, and a group of players playing well as a unit. Spending $100 million dollars on a coser is stupid.

    • @rickyfarrell1880
      @rickyfarrell1880 Před 7 lety

      CanadaMMA He got 5 years for 86 million but i got a feeling some team will offer jansen a ridiculous contract.

    • @dankburrito4219
      @dankburrito4219 Před 7 lety

      CanadaMMA When you throw like he does, overpaying is gonna happen and as we knoe the Yankees can afford him, that's juat how it is. Relief pitchers do a lot now as we saw with Miller, other teams are going to use that strategy in the playoffs.

  • @edsmythe7020

    The guy throws two filthy pitches and you didn't put one slider in this video cmon man

    • @MVPFLF
      @MVPFLF  Před 7 lety +10

      0:11, 1:15, 1:41, 1:59, 4:43. All sliders. Not my fault you can't differentiate his pitches -_-

    • @CanadaMMA
      @CanadaMMA Před 7 lety +1

      In fairness, his off speed stuff is faster than some pitchers' 4 seamer.

  • @meltedbutters9821
    @meltedbutters9821 Před 7 lety

    the way he holds the ball is a little off i think...because the pitch at 3:29 moved

      Too bad the Cubs failed to resign him.

  • @dailydoseofbaseball
    @dailydoseofbaseball Před 7 lety

    Britton is still the best closer in the game. A fastball at 101 hitters are supposed to be able to hit. Britons sinker isn't natural.

    • @walterfitzsimmons580
      @walterfitzsimmons580 Před 7 lety

      I'm not disagreeing w/ you, although Miller isn't too bad either, but are you saying the ability to consistently throw 100+ is natural ?

    • @billsfanatic7288
      @billsfanatic7288 Před 7 lety

      Jack Lichter Miller is the best

    • @dailydoseofbaseball
      @dailydoseofbaseball Před 7 lety

      Bills Fanatic I'd argue Britton, only because of his nasty sinker. That's all. 47/47 saves is extremely compelling. An ERA under 1 is also. -mic drop-

    • @dailydoseofbaseball
      @dailydoseofbaseball Před 7 lety

      Walter Fitzsimmons I'm saying hitters are trained to hit 100+. Not to be able to throw 100+.

    • @jeanespinosa930
      @jeanespinosa930 Před 7 lety

      Jack Lichter jansen imo
