Fries At War (Patat Oorlog) | at Bram Ladage Snackbar | Jan Tom Yam

Fries At War we call this (Patat Oorlog in Dutch). It's all about the sauce really, a combination of mayonaise, satay sauce and raw onions. This one I tried at Bram Ladage, a famous snack company from the Netherlands. Nice fries, served in the traditional paper cone.

The menu says Fritessaus. That's not mayonaise (unless maybe you took the vegan mayo which also does not qualify probably)

I'm not sure if it was fritessaus or mayonaise really. It was not the vegan mayonaise most probably.

fritessaus is the same as mayonaise

@@Mikaaaa806 Nope....in NL the law says it needs to contain 70 % oil to be called Mayonaise. Fritessaus usually has 25 %. It's probably less unhealthy but also cheaper. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fritessaus.
