I never knew you were a doctor! Do you think you'll move to private practice or have you left healthcare entirely?
I'm only in medical school but I'm already ready to DIP 😵💫, so I'm not surprised you left at all 😅
I worked as an Orthoptist, not a doctor!
And my reason for studying a healthcare degree was to provide care to all, not just people who could afford it.
I don’t see myself going private for this reason
@@MelaninMichie oh sorry, my mistake 🙈. Ahh that's completely fair! I feel kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place on this: remain in the NHS while it falls apart but provide more inclusive care, or try and get into private with a better QoL but only helping privileged patients 🥴
