This the main character from nfsu1 nfsu2 nfsmw nfsc (nfsps with ryan having a real name for once because as we know we been on the run in the nfsmw scenery so it only makes sense that in all games you had to choose your drivers name only for the finally in nfsps resulting in ryan just using his legal name to avoid legal action from being the most wanted criminal, if i were ryan nfsu1-nfsc i would most definitely hide my identity and only allow my real identity be known when trying to be a legit racer on the tracks instead of the streets) makes sense to not have a name in this franchise until its time to be legitimate
Because most racing games got bottlenecked into professional motorsports not too long after. (NFS Shift 1 & 2) And still kinda are for the most part. The concept of blending real life amateur racing with street racing culture was very unique.
