APARTMENT TOUR: minimal & cozy 1 bed, 1 bath in Los Angeles

Take a tour of my one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment near the beach in Los Angeles. The apartment is approximately 700 sq feet and I pay $1,849/month. If you can believe it, that is cheap for the area I live in. I moved during Covid in 2020 and paid a little less than what I'm paying now, but you can't find a one-bedroom at that price anymore. :(
