Gorgeous property soooo much potential esp that land space…buyer got a great deal!!!! Kgn 19 is red hot right now and will soon be upper middle income in my opinion ie those that cant afford up on the hills

That would be nice, wouldn't it. Sadly real estate prices are not based on our feelings and what we think. It is however driven by the buyers demand on the market and other logical and economic factors. This property was actually ended up being sold for $52M
