I drove a Silverado SS plenty of times and unfortunately it doesn't hold a candle to a Lightning or SRT-10. It's more luxury. The SS couldn't even walk away from my 1998 F150 STX with a 4.6L.

Sucks they didn't let you take it out solo but I understand. They are somewhat rare and they are easy to wreck especially with Corey's driving style. There is no traction control on this truck if you romp on it going around a corner it could step out easily. I learned how to drive manual on mine lol. I didn't know the clutch was considered heavy at the time lol. I thought all clutches were like that.

Still stock except a open air filter. Now that it's my only V8 hot rod type vehicle I might do a little modding but I honestly just use it for occasional truck purposes anymore (towing jet ski, hauling dirt bikes and arcade machines, taking junk to the dump, picking up furniture, etc). I still have the window sticker and build certificate for it which is pretty cool for collecting purposes.
