Wow, I'm embarrassed to admit that I would have never guessed that he is so gentle, so appreciative of the simple things, so philosophical, etc. I have to remind myself that actors are just playing a role and they are, in most cases, very different than the character that they portrait.
Get his book. You won't be disappointed.
Heard this interview a few months ago. He’s very in tune with himself, his world around him and is aware of consciousness through many spiritual teachings
*This present moment is all we really have, the presence of past and future only gives us anxiety and takes us away from what we have in front of us. We are blessed every day in the same magnitude, we have a new opportunity to become a greater version of ourselves*
Keep memories from the past. Cherish the present. Get ready for future 😊
Erika thanks for sharing ur lovely thoughts.
I could not agree with you more Erika!
well said Erika
I just love Kunal! I'm almost done reading his book, and it's been hard to put down. Such a lovely, honest, sometimes heart-rending, emotional, and entertaining book. This is the kind of person you would comfortable hanging out with - and because I love many things about India, it would be an educational experience. Loved him as Rajesh and I sure hope to be seeing him more of him. I wish him much luck, the best of health, and lots of happiness. Thank you for making a difference in my life!
This gentleman is so peaceful and calm. Loved this conversation. Thank you both 🙌🏾
2nd episode I've watched twice. I'm fascinated by this guy. Super insightful.
This is by far the most insightful podcast that I've ever heard and it answered all the questions I've ever had!!!!♥️♥️♥️
Thank you Jay for On purpose
This has been a big problem with me, being obssessed about my future. I can only remember eckhart tolle for now to focus on the present as your present wil decide your future. Thanks Jay for inspiring us
This was truly an inspirational conversation. It was so great to get to know Kunal better.
“The limited perspective will never understand of what it means to be infinite.” This has got to be one of the greatest talks I’ve ever heard 👌
I cried. This is just telling me the whole thing that i struggled with everyday.
August Wu me too I cried n felt good
August Wu -- I'm always, internally, so frightened that something will get me if I let go and trust that the future can be rosy!
I love Nayyar's simplistic attitude of who he is and view of life without resistance.
People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing. This is why I started my channel. It's far easier to be motivated when you are doing something you enjoy.

well done! a lot of people hate their jobs. But those who truly enjoy their jobs will do well in them. Congrats on starting you channel from motivation!
Kunal is so wise. Thought-provoking interview. 🌹
Its amazing and so funny that no matter where you live in the world, the traits of Indian people are so similar. 🇿🇦
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. Creating good habits has been vital for me while I have been starting my channel. It becomes so much easier to do the everyday tasks when they have become habitual.
Got to see a new side of Kunal!!His journey is truly inspiring and his mind is brilliant! Please make a part 2
Loved this! So calming, and peaceful and funny!
"...being spiritual is being who you are...everyone has it, everyone has intuition. Everyone has instinct. Just stop trying to have it. You already have it. Believe. I mean you can't kind of believe and kind of not believe. Today you do one thing, just believe. Believe you are incredible actually. Believe it. Why waste one second in a small narrow perception anymore. You are universally infinite. Believe it. It's right in front of you. You are already that, you are perfect and loving and peaceful. And you are also crazy, and loud and angry. It's okay!" ~ Kunal Nayyar
Loved that soo much. Thank you Kunal and Jay
What a profound and beautiful conversation. Loved what Kunal said about how we don't need to be scrubbed clean of all that we're grappling with inside our minds in order to be OK and to be happy and to thrive. Such a great reminder.
I’m going to have to watch this again. So surprisingly insightful!
"I think my house was on fire and there was nowhere else to go", wow. @19:45
Thank you Josh, all good... thank you
@Mike, yes! Wasn't that so profound? :)
For the first time i heard someone say, at 43:40 'some guy or a girl looked at the moon and sent a rocket ship'
That's beautiful, thanks. Being a girl i feel included and very happy
I really enjoyed listening to this!! Kunal spoke about things in such a simple way that's easy to understand without feeling overwhelmed 👍🏾
As I am listening to Kunal, I am tearing up in familiar recognition and oneness. Am falling in love with you, Kunal💕
Edit : Jay, you are a terrific, humble listener. Thank you for hosting this brilliant session!
One of my favorite podcasts! Thank you Jay and Kunal for sharing such logical wisdom.
This episode has resonated so deeply, I can relate with so much of Nayyar's journey! Great questions Jay.
*Be simple, be happy - live simply now*
He definitely was dropping jewels 💎 in this interview. Great assistance in placing things in perspective! 💯
He need his own podcast. I love Kunal.
This was so insightful..loved each and everything that was discussed over here. Honestly, gives a fresh perspective.
Wow, powerful words on anxiety. He articulates it well and its inspiring how he pulled himself out of it.
This video was so great! I am so impressed with Kunal and his thought process, how logical he is yet so simplified. Just awesome.. will watch this one over again.
I must have gone through this podcast more than 20 times in past 6 months. I still believe this podcast has a lot of learnings to take back in life. Thank you so much Jay and Kunal for this masterpiece of episode. I think I am now in great position because I literally tried few things in real life after learning it from this episode.
Loads of respect for both of you.
I love when I'm browsing on CZcams and I find a video like this one.
When something bad happens-- old tapes start playing in your mind--u get pissed of from that--then another tape then another......... So relatable 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Jay is such a good interviewer. This is a profound and insightful conversion. Never knew Kunal had this part of himself.
I could listen to Kunal soothing voice all day!
The solution is called Mindfullness. Thank you for this interview.
Love the interview ! Finding time to be still and you can bring clarity on that you are already which you seek. You are seeking the seeker which you already are ! 💓💓💓💓🙏🙏🙏
Just loved the whole conversation... Thank you for recording for us.
WOW, one of my favorite interviews. I love how liberating this reminder is that SIMPLICITY is power. We have the freedom to love different things, the material and the spiritual. Just do what you want. Really love that.
Plz watch his podcast with mayim.. Highly recommended even deeper and peaceful 😌😌😌
Yesss, I loved that one
I have more appreciation of him,Kunal than I ever did from Big Bang Theory. Thank you from being personal and truthful about your daily struggles and how you continuously try to get to better place.💓
Seeing this with high anxiety and start of a panic, feels good as the video is progressing. This is just what i wanted!!
There has to be a part 2, this episode was EVERYTHING !
Love Kunal Nayyar! Such a class act, thank you for sharing 🙏❤️☀️🐛🦋🌎🌿💫
Love, love, love this interview. Jay and Kunal, two beautifully inspiring souls.
Profound - two tapes running - resistance to what is, acceptance of what is (happy or sad). No buts, just be! So many more. Thank You, great discussion.
Wow! Kunal you have become such enlightened 😇 Loved everything you had say!
A beautiful conversation. One thing though... enlightenment isn’t like a college degree. One can have moments of being enlightened, then it shifts. We’re spiritual beings having a human experience and we’re meant to experience contrast in order to grow & expand.
I really appreciate when you share books and resources. I ordered think like a monk and I’m looking to order The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer this week!
Much love. Thank you both. Jay, I feel you man! And your message, your workmanship, I respect it all.
This was an amazing interview. Maybe one of your best. Thanks Jay and Kunal for this.
Thank you very much for such organic thoughtful inspiring talk. I like how you both simplified deep concepts and make it understandable.
I loved every word and every sentence about this conversation. And yes, you do need A part 2 & 3 :)
*Stop thinking so much* ..it only complicates things!
How?
@@relaxingmusic2756 think about it and you'll find out ;)
But sometimes it's very difficult
@@hiba.soomro what is, to not think? Of course it is! ;)
Absolutely right...people will lesser brain activity are usually more happy because they don't know and they DONT KNOW THAT THEY DONT KNOW....blissfully ignorant
Such a great insightful conversation- “don’t let your mind use you”. So good. Thanks for this. 🙏🏾
Jay, I am just ever-so-grateful for people like you who share your purpose with the world. It’s always so meaningful the content you share with us. It’s so nice to see that the recording of your podcast is in this setup. Everything is so genuine! 🙏😍 I love itt!
More content like this please!! This interview was amazing. I listened twice and will come back to this many times I am sure.
Jay always creates the best stuff! Love this one. No wonder he's inspired me to make my own content and channel
*If you love him then show him some love!*

Fuck u get a life and stop begging for likes as it won't make any difference in your life
😂
@@user-zr4qs7wl8d Mind your own business. We can all express our opinions, just like your worthless one.
Minute 25 of this is the FIRST time I have understood how to actively control ego. THANK YOU!!! TEARS. xxx
Key moral is - Stay simple with internal and external life & not to believe in limited perception. (As Kunal shared we all are waiting for the book coming out in April to awaken us).
Great interview PART 2 needed! Thank you GUYS! 💯🧘🏻♀️❤️
Never watched the big bang but this guy i love following this imterview. Such great insights. Hope he writes a book to help others

Thanks for bringing Kunal. This conversation was simply powerful n deep. It cleared a lot of mess within. I wish to have you here in India sometime. Love u Jay!!
This is one of the most profound and amazing interview I have seen. I always struggled between balancing "spiritual" and "materialistic," and this just clarified that to live life in its TOTALITY is truly spiritual. "There is a buddha in me and tiger in me too."
"Thank you!! Please do part 2 and part 3..lol
wow, amazing...i am speechless..to hear it all from kunal
Waw, he is sooo deep. So glad I got to know a glimpse of him beyond Raj :)
Loved this Kunal and Jay.Thank u soo much
Spiritual awakening happens when you give on the opinions of everything. That is so true!
You should have put his name in the title, just being a bbt actor doesnt do him justice. ☝🏼 Other than that I liked your video as always
This interview should have WAY more views! I can’t stop watching it 🤯
This is the greatest interview ever!
Jay got to see a very different side of Kunal. Interesting, profound, well explained 🙌💯💯
Love love love this interview! Both of them are just so inspirational.
Didn’t know Kunal was capable of these kind of philosophical and meaningful talk .. amazing. . . Respect.
This was so amazing. And they are both beautiful beings inside and out🤗
Thanks to both of you! That conversation really brought up important deep things, which I think can be so helpful! 🥰🥰👌🏻
I am speechless!!! I can"t say anything but THIS IS AN AMAZING VIDEO... I DIDN'T WANT THIS TO END...
Chills.... About half way through, it gets deeper.
I cannot say how much I loved this interview, I've watched about a bajillion videos on spirituality and hands down this one was the most down-to-earth, heart-to-heart, so many ah-ha moments, I can't even....thank you thank you thank you so much for bringing your friend on and sharing with us all. @Jay Shetty, one of the best (albiet the simplest) views on us as humans and spiritual beings. Thank you!
The way he explains things is fantastic! Simple but makes so much sense.
i love listening to your podcast but advertisment on middle of it is annoying
please add advertistment before start and after ending of podcast
i hope you understand
please continue your podcast journey which is amazing
Great podcast. Enjoyed it. Too many long ads but I think you’ll be aware of that by now. Thanks all the same.
This conversation is so valuable. Thank you.
Deeply grateful for this deep inner talk that resonates within every part of this being!! Wow!! Amazing both of you always to unlock the freedom with right questioning. This is grace flowing infinitely as u guys speak. Love. Thanks
Kunal is so intellectual and spiritual loved it...
It's worth it watching this video, it touches the common souls, this guy is awesome..I don't know about him but he's great.. this is a life of a common Man, this taught me a lot about life..♥️this was exactly what I felt but I'm happy to follow this.
he grew with a lot of insight, yes he grew up with love and being a part of a community
One of my favorite episodes. Thank you for sharing! 🙏
Yeahh!! I love how spiritual both of you are!!
Jay Shetty and Kunnal Nayyar, thank you so much!😇
Everyone's mind: "I shouldn't be enjoying, i should be working harder..."
Kunal: Why work harder?! I'm sorry 😂but yeah...why working harder" 😂
I donno why, but I can connect to his words in better way! He's is a real person who has discovered a lot of inside things...and yeah, loved his accent!😇
loved it . the depth of knowledge and awareness he has about life is amazing
Soooo many great points that were poetically said. I also needed to hear about the drinking aspect and running away from Self.
"Accept the totality of what you are - you are ALL."
If you can't tackle the adversities of today, you won't be able to reach goals of tomorrow.
I would like to add that having goals are wonderful and give you purpose, but they don't define you or how much you love yourself. simplicity of intention. detach from the idea that if I do this I'll be happy and content. Be grateful and meditate more.
Oh wow. Beginning at 17:00 he really starts to hit what his issues were (panic attacks and drinking). Amazing story. Just TOO MANY ADS Jay!
Awesome .....the best conversation i heard....thankyou jay shetty for bringing kunal nayar and sharing this meaningful chat with us🙏❤️
