UFC Fighter Tony Ferguson Arrest & Crash Footage 5/7/23 - DUI Rollover Truck Crash in Hollywood, CA

HOLLYWOOD, CA - UFC Fighter Tony Ferguson was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a rollover crash in Hollywood early Sunday morning. At approximately 2:00 AM, first responders arrived to find a Chevrolet truck on its side that had crashed into 2 vehicles - a black Mercedes SUV and a blue Hyundai SUV parked on Wilcox Ave.
The driver and the passenger of the rolled-over Chevy Silverado, one identified as MMA fighter Tony Ferguson, were able to retrieve items from the truck before officers asked Mr. Ferguson to perform some field sobriety tests.
Mr. Ferguson can be seen in the video jogging away from the scene through a nearby parking garage and then circling the block before returning to the scene. Once back on the scene, he walked to the truck's sunroof and retrieved a yellow shirt with the word "Coach" on the back.
The responding officers insisted once again that Mr. Ferguson undergo a field sobriety test. After refusing the test a second time, the officers placed Mr. Ferguson under arrest.
Arrest records show that Ferguson was charged with a misdemeanor and was released under his own recognizance around 12:15 p.m.
He is due in court on June 1.
The crash is currently being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department.
