I used to listen to this when I played Minecraft with friends during lockdown in 2020, it really reminds me of how much fun we had at home all day just grinding, we just started a world up again and I found this again. This song is amazing, thank you.
When I was young my mom bought me a SNES with a copy of Super Mario World a from a thrift store. I grew up in a very strict household. I set it up at my house and played it that night for a couple of minutes. I woke up the day afterward and found out that my mom threw away the SNES and Super Mario World. She said it was "bad". Years later, I finished Super Mario World on the Switch SNES app, and felt as I finally found the missing puzzle piece.
edit: well im here years later. what my mother did wasnt great, but ive grown to forgive her. she is not the woman she once was. she now sees how she raised me and my siblings was incorrect.
