Wow. This job had it all: burst fire hydrant pipe, multiple i.o.s, roots, more roots, the revenge of the cut away roots, and did I forget to mention roots. It also had the greatest example of perseverance in adversity I’ve ever seen. Hooking up the two hoses even though you knew it would be a pain to detach then reattach. But you did it for the customer. Hats 🧢 off to you Sir for going above and beyond. This is my favorite drain unblocking video. You are All Good 👍!
I could hear the roots laughing as they stayed just out of range of the hose then the sudden fear when they realize Ollie was combing the hoses into a mega hose😆😆
I might be worth him making a couple of 5M extension hoses for jobs like this, that he can add on to the reel. It would be easier to add on to the reel than stripping it apart. For the cost of a couple of connectors and some good part of an old reel, it would be a good add on to the van, and save time when needed.
@@LArmor6S I think in an ideal world, adding extensions with direct fittings rather than quick connect fittings would be my go to choice, that being said, I don't know how easy it would be for a hose extension to pop off if it got caught on a dislodged pipe. You can probably get the male end as a crimp on for the hose anyway.
@@andyleggatt1846 Yeah, I was talking about him using fittings that screw together, like how the jetting heads screw on. I agree the quick disconnects would be too risky, I think that's why he stopped using them on the heads. Ollie can crimp the ends himself, there's videos where he's repaired his hoses and crimped on new ends. He could probably make the extensions in his sleep. 🙂
Caught my 6 year old niece doing your walk singing “I come from the land down under!” This ol’uncle couldn’t be prouder. God Bless you my brother.😊 By the way she’s a huge Ratty fan and was so excited to see his return. 😊
Just impresses me again and again how confident you are about what you feel when lowering the hose down that pipe. And giving up is usually just no option for you! I think that’s why people enjoy following you, it’s just very inspiring 👍👏💪😆
ollie it always amazing what u will do 4 the customer and what u will do to get the job done i never seen in videos plumbers going to great lengths way u do brother if that had an award 4 outstanding plumber of the year hands down u would get and i have never seen a plumber like u who has so much patients in my life AAA+ JOB i say
Goodmorning Oliver and Ratty. Great! A new video again! I will enjoy watching this one and 👍 it. No subs unfortunately🥲 I never saw you extending a hose before. Well done. tremendous good job 👍. I’m looking forward to see the 3 little “Olivers” again 😎. Best wishes from the Netherlands
Olli, I wanted to thank you a lot for teaching me a lot over the past years. I in fact joined the crew and do the same you do here where I live. Your videos encouraged me a lot to apply for this job and I really enjoying it! Awesome work mate!
And my question to myself - if there is ever a time to connect a hose to a hose - is now answered. (not sure I'd use a quick connect coupling... I'd be afraid something would grab the release.) Crazy all that effort to just need another few centimeters... but that was all she needed and she cleared up quickly. Nicely done. Always love watching and learning.
I was really afraid of that myself, but possibly under pressure it's more difficult to move that sleeve on the coupler? Maybe Ollie can answer that one. Myself, I probably would have dried off the hose and taped over the quick connect section with electrical tape tightly, just in case. But I don't do this for a living either.
Yes! Another new video! 😊 And Ratty's back from his holiday! DA brought his bag of tricks and skills out for this one! Thank you for the video! Blessings.........
G'day from UK Ollie. We've actually been blessed with a sunny day here in the UK so I 'm expecting a week of rain soon(lol). That spring did look refreshing (I hope it was).Hope you have an easy week with great customers.👍👍
I have watched all 915 vlogs and that is the first time I have seen you do that trick with the joining of the hoses. So learnt a new thing yet again. You definitely earned yourself a beer 🍺 after that marathon 👍
Wow that one took a lot of effort! One of the few times that you have needed to use the direct line from the van, and you had to use it twice on this one! Sometimes it is just that extra few inches/centimeters to get the job done! As always Ollie and 🐀 have the knowledge and tools to get the job done! All Good 👍!
*Hell:* the never ending pain and regret associated with a *fully informed accusing conscience* for purposefully rejecting God i.e., Jesus Christ and Biblical truth, all because living a life of faith and obedience, was just too inconvenient to the lifestyle you wanted to live. *Truth is a stubborn thing.* "Seek the Lord *while He may be found.* Call on Him *while He is near"* [Isaiah 55 v6]
Not halfway thru yet and already impressed by two things. 1. All that water running freely & clear (mostly). Here in Central Texas it’s just barely summer and we’re already under Stage 3 water restrictions ie. Can only use outside water 1 time per week on our designated day for designated times. 2. Your tenacity, Ollie, is much to be applauded and emulated!
Thanks for the video of Blocked drain cleaning Ollie well done 👍❤❤. What a tussle you have. Take care of yourself and family and friends and be Blessed
As someone with authism spectrum desorder, theses repetitive videos calm me down before sleeping. All the show with rats is Just hilarious. So thank you for your work. I enjoy it a lot :) Also i like to watch people Who love their job. Keep doing the same! Peace :)
Wow this was overwhelming but no worries mates Cause Ollie and Ratty were on the job working hard and Success!!!! The drains were flowing like a river. And lastly Ollie dunk his head in the cool water spring. Hurray. 🎶We know a man down under,Jetting clogs like thunder. Sing 🎶 with me. God Bless you Ollie and Ratty. Cheers From Silverstreet South Carolina USA 🇺🇸.
That opening scene looks like something out of a hillbilly horror movie! I was thinking "Don't do it, Ollie! You're gonna end up in that watery grave and that guy is going to be the killer!" 😂
I had no doubt in my mind whatsoever that you were going to succeed at this one. You keep pursuing until you get it, that makes you very unique, aka, one of a kind.
Ollie this is why I love watching your channel because you are not going to let a job beat you. As I said before you are a THE MASTER PLUMBER in the plumbing field hands down . No one comes close to your determination and skills set in the business.
I said the drain addict was on my wife said who i said corn she was like oh ya how is he lmao i love your videos your a wonderful soul god bless u and your family and all your viewers ❤ from Arizona
It was a lengthy process Ollie, literally...120 meters !!! and doubly hard work......this end the spring is filling up and that end you try to drain the water !!!! You have made it at the end, weldone. It is good to a natural spring at the ground level in the backyard...unbelievably !!!!!
Its always 1 or 2 more inchs everything in life is like that. 😂 its just out of reach ohh if only i had another inch or 2 of pipe 😂 Good job ollie what an action packed episode. Glad to see ratty working again guess he is back from holiday guess it was time for baby rat to go on vacation. Now if we could only get crock to get off his tail & make an appearance 😂
The thumbnail was not a clickbait after all, enjoyable video as it was quite a challenge this time. At 26:50 "bit of a worry", meaning 99% of the specialists would have panicked at that stage. Enjoy watching the videos and it is good to see the mishaps, like the nozzles getting stuck and what to do in case of. All the best from Mexico
Hey Ollie, another brain teaser of a problem but I like the way you attack the problem, a step at a time, just another reason me mates and I say you are the best. Be safe. All Good !!!

Oliver, you are a fantastic worker. I love watching your videos. I enjoy each and everyone of them. They’re a hard-working man all the best to you.❤
These longer videos are always a must watch. And this video had it all. Just needed some shoveling and some corn and it woulda been the full package
Brilliant video Ollie. Have never seen you join two hoses together. That was a real marathon. Well done.
The way he cleaned and treated his baby. Oh my.
I can’t emphasize it enough the BEST drain cleaning guy out there. Simply awesome!!!

Under pressure they are rock solid, especially with 4000+ psi running through it
Yes! Another new video! 😊 And Ratty's back from his holiday! DA brought his bag of tricks and skills out for this one! Thank you for the video! Blessings.........
We are getting it all, stuck hose, blocked head, but I'm going to have to finish watching the rest later.👍👌🏻
G'day from UK Ollie. We've actually been blessed with a sunny day here in the UK so I 'm expecting a week of rain soon(lol). That spring did look refreshing (I hope it was).Hope you have an easy week with great customers.👍👍
50 days of rain ti happen in summer this year. Although they didn't say if we'd get it all in one day.
I have watched all 915 vlogs and that is the first time I have seen you do that trick with the joining of the hoses. So learnt a new thing yet again. You definitely earned yourself a beer 🍺 after that marathon 👍

When I saw that quick connect go into the pipe I thought oh no it’s gonna catch on something and release the hose. So glad it didn’t
Probably one of the rare times I would have loved being in your shoes putting my head unter water there Ollie
stay safe
