Great video. I lived just south of where you left port from. About 21 or so kilometers inland from Catania. It's nice to see that part of the world again. Beautiful area, it brings back many memories. Thank you for posting. Cheers from Texas.
@@albasailing2009 I was in the United States Navy, stationed at Naval Air Station Sigonella. Some of my favorite places to visit was Taormina, Acitrezza, Augusta Bay and Siracusa. I would love a virtual tour of Sicily

What a lovely story. I really love the depth with which you draw your audience into the Mythology and history of the region you are sailing. I think that there is a real future in this channel if you can continue to keep this rich abundance within your stories. The imaging, both physical and imagined is a real pleasure to experience. Thank you for this beginning and I hope to see more and learn more of this area.

please note that for yogis : true substance exist ! hard to reach, but possible, it is life itself, life within : tangible, universal , concrete, life felt as peace and silence ,infinite, beyond mind and body, beyond form and concept, it is the goal of authentic yoga, reaching the common sacred ingredient of all forms, the soul of all : consciousness. if you look for it and use the right method of yogic excercises and meditation, you reach it no doubt, and as a bonus ;interiority includes exteriority . sailing is spiritual and spirituality comes after history and philosophy.

I (Giulia) am at the beginning of my yoga journey and I am always happy get deeper into the real yogi spirituality, which unfortunately is a bit difficult to access where I live.
