This is the blue line, the red line is even longer. What we are looking forward to is the green line (Lekki airport to Marina) along the express.

It will come. I think when the redline is up , emphasis will start for the green line

The blue line is actually affordable. The lack of many passengers is because it was not the rush hour. Besides the blue line makes more than 50 trips daily which is very massive.

If you are used to trains and you see how Nigeria is practically moving backwards (as in, Nigerians celebrated the first time train came to the country in 1896, then the 50s, 60s, 70s), the same celebration is repeating itself today, 2024 and Nigerians still drooling over catching the train for the very first time in their lives, I don't know if I should cry or stab myself. I used trains to return from school, Ovim to Otampa, in the 80s. Na wa oh

I think the lack of passenger is because taking a bus or other transportation is much cheaper than taking this rail line which is not supposed to be.

You can see that the Blue Line is used by the Middle Class if you look at the people. It is sad that many People cant afford this Line.

The metro is actually affordable. Where did you get the idea that people can't afford it from.

It's just ₦700 from mile 2 to Marina, alot of people pay more than that for road trips and still stay on traffic. I think we just need more awareness. It's still strange to alot of people

Some of you people need paracetamol to reset your oblongata to factory settings. Lagos state transport is affordable for all. The BRT, the lag ride, Lag ferry and trains. The buses are super affordable compared to yellow buses. If the difference of N200 for train is your problem Bros, stick to your "Danfo" that will take 1hour or more to get to the same destination, enjoy the sweat without AC, enjoy the push by passengers and conductors, enjoy passengers encroaching into your space and putting load under your leg, enjoy the shouting and loud music from passengers without earpiece and bus drivers blasting loud music, enjoy the breakdown of buses half way the trip , enjoy diverting to fuel station to top up that causes delay most times, and looking for vulcanizer to pump the bus tyres. Stick to your Danfo!
