Thanks for uploading these videos! Could you also do a video series on taking care of transplant patients, including fever in transplant patients and maintaining chronic suppressive therapy?

Good job on the updates Dr. Bolin. May you please do a series on management of asthma (including acute exacerbations) in pregnancy. Also management of status epilepticus in children with dosages of medications used and onset of action of the drugs used. Ej. If I start a loading dose of Dilantin how long should it take before the seizures stop? Would one have to wait until half of the dose is given before seeing a result?

As far as WNY goes in my opinion it might have a link to the opiate/heroin epidemic we have here.

NY does have the highest number of HIV/AIDS cases in the country. I'm wondering if the incidence just spills over into some of these small, rural areas??

FYI "urban" does not equal non-white. Your description of West Virginia and southeastern Ohio being poor but also white is misleading. Black also does not equal African-American. The terms are not synonymous. Also non hispanic white males have the highest rates of IV drug use. Please be mindful of providing accurate information when discussing epidemiology and the potential for implicit biases.
