- Today's video looks at the recently released British Light Tank the FV101 Scorpion and includes a replay where I have a game with a combined damage of 10k!
This tank has insane mobility and a unique gun that only fires HEP and HE.
I show you my equipment and commander setup, talk about the tanks' statistics and discuss whether it is too much like the Armadillo when that tank was first introduced.

Unfortunately WG has given it a faster turret traverse it was hand cranked in real life so it should be lower which would balance it out. No mad wolf packs of 3 in a platoon circling you.
Should be a passive scout really but CW is normally all out.
Also does not help with the light tank op at the moment. ERA2 8 plus lights per team last night.
If being attacked keep the front facing it and if you run spall liner they get 50% less damage.
The second scout with the 30mm auto cannon is fun for spotting then hitting low health tanks but it takes forever to take them dowm with the massive 25 damage a shot- 150 a clip if all pen
I agree there mate. I think this tank is a lot less balanced than the Scimitar. At least with the Scimitar it takes longer for them to actually take your health off 😂
I think WG backed themselves into a corner in terms of Cold War light tanks when they first introduced them with that insane camo they used to have. They also made pretty much every tank capable of reaching 80 km/h. I'd have liked speed to have been used better to balance tanka out but I guess we will have to see how it plays out.

I think FV101 needs to be added to computer World of Tanks as high tier researchable tank
That would be pretty cool. I imagine a lot of the Cold War tanks will make their way into the PC version in some form to prolong the game.

GGs. I have not unlocked this tank yet but looks fun. I’m not a big fan of HE only guns but seems to be a light tank hunter. I’m thinking equipment wise; optics, camo, traction system and power train.
I use smoke instead of med kit on all my lights. It’s a small boost to camo to risk getting crew members knocked out. Probably better to drop food but I suppose smoke and food help the way I play.
I didn't think it would be as insane as it is looking at the stats on paper but it's surprising how many pens you get and when it gets going it tears tanks apart. It's also so damn small and hard to hit 😂

Yeh they're a pain to play against if the player is good, but I've killed quite a few also , so in that sense there good for my kill ops in the chisle contract. 😆 I will get this line as soon as I finish the challenger line.😁👍🏻 Nice vid Robby . Thanks mate.🙂

I've never played CW but every replay I see makes me think it's full of bots or inexperienced players?
There are Bots in it, but only at certain times of day and not really in era 1. Era 2 has some when there are no players like early morning same as era 3 . But at normal times of day there are non in 2 and only a few in era 3 . As for the players , they are exactly the same as WWll.
I usually only see bots in Era 2 and Era 3 late at night depending on which server I'm on.
Era 1 is full of new players though and a lot have probably bypassed WWII and came straight into Cold War. I'm not too sure if having tanks that are this quick is a good learning experience for new players 🤔
