I believe that HE WSR is best fit to lead Kenya in austerity measures and constitutional changes. His resolve and forthrightness is what we need for the coming days. On corruption, you will never be able to prove anyone in court, even conflict of interest cases cannot be won by the government. The only option GOK has is to charge the accused heavy taxes, interest and penalties. This will then put the onus on the corrupt to prove themselves not guilty and the money lost can be recovered.
