Triumph Bonneville Rebuild from Scratch.

1979 Triumph Bonneville Special rebuild from the ground up. It was fairly original but very shabby when I bought it. Perfect for a nut and bolt restoration.
Now it is one of my favorite Triumph Twins.

Hi, If it was a scratch it would have been heartbreaking that's for sure. It is actually polish I didn't wipe off properly - thankfully!

How did you restore the rear shocks?

They were fine so I painted them and fitted them. 😊

Daniel Anderson I don't remember exactly how long it took but it probably spanned a year working when I had spare time.
