In order to cook the perfect pancake po, it's always better to use oil than butter. Dahil po mabilis masunog ang butter kaya madalas kahit di pa luto yung pancake kukunin mo na kasi amoy o mukhang sunog na dahil sa butter. Share ko lang po hehe. I always cook pancakes every morning and butter din po ginagamit ko pangluto but my friend who's a chef told me to stop and use oil instead. Ilagay nyo na lang po yung butter pag luto na siya 💕
