Finally got me a quad hopefully we can meet up one day
you should do suzuki pv or honda monkey next they are mopeds but so fun :) i had 1 suzuki pv when i was 15 and i wanted to buyit back but idk where it is now :(
I too have completely rebuilt a 01 raptor and it tried to bankrupt me. Great video, your a great mechanic! I hope to see more of your work as you go. Those raptors are a huge pain but are soo fun to ride when they run right.
Iâve been patiently waiting for this video
Finally able to see it on mobile!
You know youâre on to something when even a two + hour video doesnât seem long enough. Great video, Sabo!!!
Lee, thank you for the love as always bro!
†0:15 đ
Youâre a trooper man. This build was nuts, so many tedious moments! Thanks for the 2 hours and 4 minutes of nonstop entertainment đđ€
You're the man Pete; thanks for the love!
This is one of the most underrated YT channels. Great work Mike! i hope to see more builds in the future:)
Thank you for the love brother! More builds to come đ€
As soon as I saw the upload I said out load, âno wayyy he got the raptor done!!â These builds may not be the most fun, but they sure are amazing to watch! Keep up the great work Mike!!!đ€
Awesome compliment! Thank you man!
Same!!!!
EDIT - Audio is fixed now!
AUDIO IS NOT WORKING ON THE CZcams MOBILE APP. It works in the browser app on mobile, on TV and Computers all have sound. Hoping CZcams will fix this ASAP! đ
i can only view in 360P on pc
I'm watching it anyway lol. Love your videos
It works on a browser like google
Nah video so good mobile can't even process it
@@nickhager8544 i am on google
That intro is hilarious! Glad you are doing these builds, I've been really looking forward to this one since I had a 660, now have a 700, I want to get my old 660 back and convert it to EFI.
Haha, glad you liked it! It would be interesting to convert a 660 to EFI
@@MichaelSabo I will have to do it now and share it with you!
I have been waiting for this to be finished itâs is a cool build and hop to see more builds like this
Thank you for waiting and for watching man!
Man I just wanted to say, I can really appreciate the fact how you are completely honest and show everything including mess up that you have to fix. Most ppl wouldn't show those things. Well done and another great build.
You know what I like the most about your work? It's not just for the moment, you look out for whoever may be working on it down the road. Nice work man, I'm really impressed!
best atv builder on CZcams in my opinion.
what an incredible video, 2 hours of show!! đ€Ż
always a pleasure to follow you and see these atvs come back to life... even if this one made it difficult for you đ
thanks mike, you rock đđ
Awesome compliment man, thanks for always watching and supporting!
Iâve never watched two hours of any CZcams and this was worth every minute, as soon as I saw spark even I got excited lol! Long time sub Mike, always love these and you know I always say this, I love your attention to details and the amount of effort you put into these builds. Iâll be honest, that harness repair would have made me give up because I am terrible with wiring! Great job as always and glad to see this one done!
Man this has to be ur best quad save yet hell yeah man brought that thing back to life awesomeđȘđ€âŒïž
Thank you Stephen!
I rode one of those it scared me that much I pretended I couldnât start it back up lol bit of a beast đ€đ»đŽó §ó ąó „ó źó §ó ż
I love watching people rebuild bikes and quads, I watched the raptor series before and I saw it pop up and I finally got to finish it, good job man, this is a clean raptor, it isnât a Claptor anymore
I guess I was so excited I went deaf
Ha, me too!!! đ€Ł
It is working on PC and TV, for some reason it's not working on mobile right now, I dont know why
Yup no sound
Me too an I refreshed it many times
Same here
Great đ job mike like always, I was amazed at the wiring job you can do, I could have never done that⊠I can definitely respect a good wiring job. Because I know how hard it is. My dad is good at it but not me I donât like wiring at all. Glad you got it running. And anytime I go ride my YFZ450 I always wear my voodoo banshee hoodie⊠Iâve had a few ppl come up to me when Iâm at the dunes and say I love that channel.
I just watch your old builds when Iâm going through withdrawals of great atv content and craftsmanshipđŻđŻđđœđđœ
I think I speak for everyone when I say the finished wiring harness is a work of art. Your skills are honestly incredible. Keep it up Mike!!!
Any one else get the âNo stream Tap to retryâ?
Yeah
Yeah
Me too
Same :(
Up and running now đ€
Iâm always curious what is the hardest part of building these bikes? From the sourcing parts to the tiniest details. And how the hell did you get so talented?!? The videos continue to impress and motivate me to get out and try little things to see if they make a difference in the way I build my own bikes. Keep it up youâve got some serious talent to this!
Awesome compliment man. Each build comes with its own set of challenges but I'd say the hardest part is usually ghost problems like what I had with this Raptor. When you're on a timeline to get things done for content, little setbacks that cost time are the most frustrating. I'm glad I can motivate you in your own builds and thank you again for the love man! đ€
The quad turned out super awesome. That Lexx pipe sounds great too. I love how at the start you went from âI canât even wait for the parts to get hereâ to âIâm so tired of working on this quadâ too relatable haha.
Iâve been at 660 Raptor guy since 2004. I have literally had every problem youâve had with yours over the years. I realized when you got on the machine, thatâs why I put up with all the grief Iâve been through with my machine. Theyâre just a blast to ride! You give lots of great info, do some really great DIY stuff when you run against problems and have fun with the process, even when it goes terribly wrong. Great job!
Love all your content, you rock!! Thanks for spending countless hours of editing to make us a two hour video to enjoy.
Youâre a mad scientist brother the raptor is so amazing def was worth the wait phenomenal job keep the vids coming you inspire me to keep trying things
Glad I can inspire you man! Comments like this make my day; thank you đ€đ
I am glad to see her done. Looks great and you have a great story about building it. You should show your dad more.
Oh man, he can be hard to get on camera but I agree, he is a big part of how I became who I am and it would be cool to include him.
I give you huge props for redoing that whole wiring harness and going through and making sure the whole thing was right, we need more people like you working on these kind of machines in this world because you and me both know that we encounter way too many machines like this. Keep up the good work brothađ€đ€đ€
Hey mike been watching your videos for a long time now. I've been starting my own atv repair for over a year. Your channel is great for teaching techniques and tips keep up the great work man! Also im sure you've heard this or know it but Yamaha stators for sport quads are really poor from the factory the carbureted yfz 450s would charge better if they had the headlights on. Ricky Stator has some really top notch replacements I put one in an old yfz 450 I had. Charging difference and starting was unreal.
Thank you for being a long time subscriber Cole! I didn't know the Yamaha stators were weak from the factory. I have seen the high output ricky stator ones though; I might take your advice and try one on the Banshee I'm doing.
@@MichaelSabo Can't wait to see that build too good luck finishing up the raptor! It's the coolest 660 I've ever seen
@@AmateurHourProdu I've heard both sides in feedback. I know they've undergone new ownership over the years so maybe quality has varied. I may give them a shot just to see.
Big fan of the videos Michael! Would love the opportunity to do some dirt drag racing with you sometime! There is an ATV/Dirt bike dirt drag racing track about an hour and 45 minutes outside of Philadelphia in a town called Delta PA itâs pretty much right on the Pennsylvania/Maryland state line we do a lot of racing down there at least once a month! It would be really cool if you could make it out sometime!đ -Hunter

Mike you are one of the best channels on here. it's hard to find someone as authentic as you. Real content with real information. I work on helicopters and I can appreciate the level at what you are at. I hope you make it all the way to the top. I have been watching since you where just a small channel!

This is an absolute trip. Very entertaining, compelling and informative. Love the custom made throttle cable part. Your OCD and ADD reminds me of me. Really enjoyed this video.

Anyone having no audio with this video??
It is working on PC and TV, for some reason it's not working on mobile right now, I dont know why
@@MichaelSabo it's working on mobile now..
I cant believe how much time you put into your builds dude. That raptor 660 would have made me give up along time ago. Really pushed through on this one lol. Awesome stuff!!
Best channel out of the hundreds of thousands on this app
Wow, that's a big compliment Nate; thank you for being a member and supporting too!
The beginning of this is 100 percent gold.
Please people understand and appreciate the moment when your help may be needed 33 cents is all the man is asking for. Heart (wrenching). That psa rates right up there with that old feed a hungry child commercial, less the joint with the dogs; with the ray Lamontagne song trouble. Nicely done sir.
Im so glad Iâm seeing more content about 660âs , great job !!!!! I would love to see more videos !
âThings need to be tuned out, like needs a new transmissionâ đđđ
I can't believe all the work that went into bringing this quad back to life, rebuilt completely from the ground up. Great job
Atleast you are being honest with all the bugs. Sounds like you're a guru now.
You have the most patience ever. I would've lost it.
I donât know how you stayed with it and saved this thing! Itâs great to have a new video from you!
That was the best 2 hours i have spent in a long while!! Thank you!!
Nice bike. I like how you show the problems that go along with a build instead of other sites where they make everything seem so easy. Look forward to more builds
Dude, your thermostat bracket solution was straight up TOP SHELF đđđ
Great build video as usual! Glad you not only show us the triumphs but also show us the tribulations of doing a project like this. It's a great "real world" representation on what we all can encounter on small and big projects alike.
Thanks for another great build now can't wait for the next! Keep up the great content and continuing to save sport quads!
I just started back in school and itâs my senior year and weâll put it this way things havenât gone super well so far but these videos always brighten my day up and give me some serious inspiration to go and get my bikes running
I cryed đđ all the little machines omg im gonna adopt one đ
Never stop doing what you love man. It brings pure joy to me, watching and learning from you.
Once I saw Mike's story on insta I went straight to CZcams I'm so excited
And then you get hit with no audio
lmao, it's fixed now đ€
Your builds are always awesome!
Love what you do, Mike! Iâm still a Suzuki 2 stroke guy but all the work you do is awesome! Thanks for sharing your projects!
Your builds must ride like brand new you really have a eye for detail
I love watching him do this, since i cant. I got a suzuki vinson 500, i was gonna paint the plastics, do all this super cool stuff. Plans changed. I barely got it back together. Saying that i just took the plastics off and Michael is taking it down to the frame is super cool. Love the long videos!
Great stuff showing the trials and tribulations of building a bike mate. Leaving those hassles in ur vids shows the reality of builds and has probably stopped many a bike being set on fire. Cheers mate
Keep the awesome projects roll'n, Thank you all the sponsors and thanks for the content. Sorry it was a pain with the wire harness and transmission.
This quad turned out amazing, wow, sounds great.
All I can say after watching this is a big well done, bravo for keeping on working through all the problems you had, you faced them all head on and beat them đđđ
Bro is the goat..I have an 03â 660 and canât bring myself to get rid of it! It runs but is desperate need of a rebuild. This vid is going in the vault! Good on ya sir!
2 hours of pure gold! Love the long videos Mike!
First off, your the man. I enjoy watching your vids bro. One thing I would love to see is you rebuilding a good utility-sports quad. Like picking up a used brute force 750, and doing a 840 kit on it. Turning it into a BA 4x4 machine. Your the man to do it.
Love your videos and honesty in the hassles you encounter. Would really like to see you work on some ranchers and grizzly atvâs also. I have learned a lot from you. Thank you so much.
Really surprised you donât have more followers been here a long time your the reason Iâve done my own builds you have good instructions and help build peoples confidence Iâve built dirt bikes banshees street bikes all because of this Chanel đȘđ»
It looks great, and will soon have the performance to match. Great job saving one of the most underrated machines out there.
16 and building a couple bikes of my own. Learned so much from you man.
Love the full build vids! lots of troubleshooting knowledge you are documenting for a utility quad guy. Keep it up man!!
Just started watching your channel last week and I love the content brother. Been waiting patiently for a new video while binge watching all your older ones!
Been watching you channel for weeks now manâs been feeling low an you channel have helped me through may sound stupid but it has keep up with the good vibes mates your very good at what you do plus youâve got a funny sense humour lol đ
This whole project is just a sign that you should do more banshee stuff. In all seriousness love the projects, youâre making me want to go work on my can am. Keep it up.
I love your attention to detail and also the foresight for future tear down. Youâre pretty badass my dude.
Thank you for your content, son and i are revamping our 660
You are definitely smarter than the average bear. I have used a couple of your work-a-rounds doing completely unrelated stuff. Thanks man.
"I have bad news. Good news for people that don't like me" lol đ đ đ we all like u
đThanks for watching and Commenting send a direct message right away we l've got something Special for youđ
Great job sticking with it đ can't wait to see it tested out on the trails!
1 year old video i know, just paused to say that the oil lines probably were backwards? the oil pump should probably push through the filter first, then motor, then tank, gravity should take it back to the pump? this channel is amazing dude
Dude you are quad build master as far as I'm concerned. I wish I didn't have kids and could come just learn everything you do!
Iâve never checked a channel on CZcams so much in my entire life lol so happy to see this up! You rock bro!
you can also say when he was explaining all the boxes with bolts, oem parts, ... you can just say a lot of fing money but its worth it its so beautiful
What an amazing transformation! Can't wait to see it on the trails!
Introduction was so funny mateđ€Łđ€Ł
What a wicked machine! Great job, Mike!
Couple of things, the oil pump is a two rotor design, 1st rotor draws from the tank to the engine, through the filter, to the cam, and crank, and then the second rotor draws from the case, and lubes the transmission gears, and then pumps it back to the tank. Also, the case has an O-ring between the case halves for the oil circuit.
Top speed is 74mph limited by electronics. Thereâs a impulse rotor that can be modified to increase the top speed.
Nice to watch a quality build . Keeping it real!!
The only guy I can watch for 2 hrs and not get bored lol đ
Mara you're such a tease. The color scheme on that is awesome!!!
Great job mike!! I too have been working on project thatâs been putting a lot of pressure on me lately because itâs not all coming together at once! I walked away with a new perspective of how bad I really want this thing through watching you persevere my friend!
Kinda cool to go to bed watching a 2 hour badass build instead of being asleep 2 minutes into the Hub đđ
Another amazing video. Thereâs so much work shooting and editing these videos and you put out such high production quality! Plus you make the work look easy. You are a great craftsman with exceptional problem solving skills. I know this build has been challenging but youâve learned a ton and passed on some great knowledge to your viewers as well. Thanks so much for the great content! Cheers from Canada.
