I use apple cider vinegar every morning about 3 tablespoons in a tall glass of water as soon as I wake up and then I don’t eat until the afternoon or early evening because I’m not as hungry. I’ve been doing this for many years I’m 65 years old and I’m in better health than when I was in my 30s and I can run circles around many younger people. I am back in School learning complicated things. I know I feel an amazing difference when I take apple cider vinegar and when I don’t. Believe me doing it every day makes an unbelievable amazing difference in how you feel and how you think.

Amazing and Thanks for sharing the ACV benefits to your brain plus your general well-being Carol !!! I am doing a similar thing too: 2 Tbs ACV, lemon juice from 1 med size lemon, some ginger and turmeric in 16 oz water first thing in the morning using a straw(to protect my teeth enamel from this acidic drink) and I don't feel hungry till afternoon. Energy levels are also good and plus have been losing weight and feeling fit too. It helps because I am on a OMAD(one meal a day) diet for a month now and never felt better.

it’s really concerning to me that people don’t realize 1. you should never drink ACV undiluted. always water it down. and 2. always drink it with a straw, make sure it goes straight down your throat. ACV is amazing but your teeth/gums can’t handle the acidity and even if you did drink it with a straw but not watered down that’s not good for your throat. i’m 20 years old and know this. how come people in their 30s and 40s don’t.

One thing I started doing years ago was brushing my teeth first before drinking it and always drinking it diluted and through a straw. It can wreck your enemal otherwise and destroy your esophagus. I agree that would make for a good video. Probably the reason people concentrate on apple vinegar is that it tastes better than most other kinds, and is also affordable. The main thing is acetic acid, which is the basis of all vinegars. A bonus is the "mother" you get in the unpasteurized version, since it can help with gut flora. But really, any vinegar ought to be fine, particularly for what he's talking about in this video.

I do a shot of ACV and then rinse it out of my mouth by way of drinking a glass of normal pH water. I would encourage you to ask your dentist why does diluting 1 oz of ACV in water suddenly become ok at 40 oz? Specifically why, if they just say to dilute the acid, and not what the specific pH values are or what study informed them of this ratio then I would stop getting advice from that dentist.
I once had a dental hygienist scrape the daylights out of my teeth to the point of creating a gap in my lower front teeth (this same Hygienist heated up a cleaning tool on my tooth to the point that it broke by pushing down on it as well). I told the dentist that I believe they scraped the enamel off of my teeth with that pick and they said that enamel is too hard to be damaged by their tools. When I asked them if enamel was always as hard as it should be........... I was greeted with silence.
I encourage everyone to ask questions of their health care professionals. Doctors are people too and so they make mistakes and assumptions. I am not saying you should distrust your health care providers but by asking questions it can boost your trust in their knowledge and show how much they care about you. Or if they seem incompetent, then it can encourage you to find someone else to provide you with healthcare.

Using a natural bristle brush, bruch the skin while dry.
It does three things that I know of.
      1) It improves circulation
      2) It improves lymphatic drainage
      3) It exfoliates the skin which causes the skin to create new skin.
I've heard others use this method when they have alot of extra loose skin & they say it works.
      Good luck:)

It burns in your body as your body becomes more alkaline because your body has been too acidic. It takes a while for your body to balance out it’s pH level. Continue to take it and it will disappear eventually but if you keep eating sugar and carbs you will feel the burn As your body tries to re-balance. You have to cut out the carbs and sugars also
