Hello ma'am I recently had miscarrige on 26 sep. I got my scan done on 22 everything was normal in ultrasound except placenta was low. But suddenly on 26 something was coming out of my vagina and I pushed it inside and rushed to the hospital. After getting my scan done got to know that baby came down and there is no heartbeat. I am not able to understand the cause I didn't have any water leakage or bleeding before this happened. I was having lower abdominal pain that too not so active . Could you please tell me the cause ??
