It was so nice to see you start with something you thought might be unusable and make something great. I know you don't use colored cardstock, but red rubber stamps can be "stamped" on a paper towel with some bleach to use as a stamp. Just let the stamp sit on the cardstock a moment. Different colors of cardstock and even cardstock from different companies can react totally differently. Solid stamps are the ones that work best for this technique. You always have the most fun playing!

I have a set of Tim Holtz “men” solid/silhouette stamps and have struggled to use them. Today’s video gives me inspiration to try again!
OOOOh that would be fun!! imagine - you could add some light stencil detail to the background too, even bring back some brads or something in the corners - add the twine still. Would be gorgeous!

I love these! It’s a set I never would have looked at, but will happily consider now. My only suggestion would be to use a kraft or cream/ivory card base. It’s purely my preference…. I guess maybe it seems more rustic somehow, but then the pure white contrasts and draws attention! Just proves this: there are no rules, just guidelines, and trust your instincts! Well done!
That's actually a great idea. I completely agree with you - and I purchased some cream coloured cardstock for this purpose, to get out of my plain white comfort zone a bit - but just haven't used it. great reminder!

They turned out beautifully. I think they’d make a nice set to give as either blank notecards or stamp a few sentiment strips with added adhesive so the recipient could add what they wanted. Cheers from FL😺
I just got this set last week! I made a mini stationary set with postcards, using these. Came out great.

Thank you so much for these designs! I have an old rubber stamp set that’s similar to these where the flower comes out white and the background is where the ink goes. I’ve never known how to use them up until now. It never occurred to me to stamp them on a decorative paper like that! Love this idea and love your cards. Again, thank you for all the inspiration you share.

Hi. That's a really cool looking set of cards, ideal for a variety of occasions. Actually, you've given me an idea for something similar with the torn edges, craft cardstock and some thin wire so that might be fun to try. I don't think i have much in the way of solid stamps so i may have to improvise a little but that's ok as a challenge is a good chunk of the fun. Love these cards! I have some old (I think Hero Arts stamps) that are similar. I will have to pull them out and try your technique, because I like it so much! My floral stamps came in a set of 4 also, but I think they are smaller. TFS!
