- Thomson 43 inches led TV display giving problem. Humble request to all the viewers before purchasing and electronic products from online think twice.
Same problem here also, immediately after 1yr 43 inch Thomson tv display starts with horizontal lines, Thomson company not making good TV now a days.. We should blame Flipkart for selling bad products. Just because of higher commission they are marketing worst quality TV's.
By selling this kind of products you will loose trust of customers...
Same problem here, first two parallel lines on the top of the screen horizontally..Now it's four lines with larger gapping and bliffing screen. Thompson must be ousted from Indian market.
Ha sir shi kaha aapne mere pass bhi 40inch ka Thomson TV hai display problem hai but Maine bhi customer ko call or mail Kiya jaisa apne kaha per koi auction nhi liya gya 10 din ho gye

Bhai i contacted them they are saying abhi market mein jitni bhi TV aa rahe hain same problem hain kuch software issue hain.

My Thomson 43" 4k goes the same grind after one year .All doorstep repairer are brokers and take your TV to known repair techies only to get you days. after days to return with absurd cost .So what can you do? True technology has a good price if you are not up to it .
I also purchased 43 inch Thomson tv. After 1 and half year I have faced problem of black spot on screen. I also take complete tv protection plan of 3 year from Jeeves flipkart after calling to customer care of jeeves their representative said black spot on screen not covered under their policy. Worse service from Thomson and flipkart

Peoples without knowing about this TV and their performance of customer support buying and suffering. In INDIA there is consumer forums wich are toothless crocodiles .they are enjoying . people only share the messages to our friends and relatives of dont buy/ buy this .like or dislike.
BEYOND ALL IF YOU SEE FLIPKART OR THOMSON TV DELIVERING GO AND TELL THEM TO RETURN IMMEDIATELY in your area give them a blow by peoples unity only

There r no service centres in India, be it online or direct from shop, if service centre is not available in ur city don't buy that items

Ha, muze bhi bahot kharab anubhav aya. Mera TV warranty mein hoke bhi repair nahi hua. Thomson Tv mat kharido. Service ekdami bakvass hai.

Same problem.....but meri tv 10 days k andar hi ye same problem dene lagi thi to flipkart k 10 days replacement policy me ek baar replacement hua mera par jo dusri replacement unit mili usme bhi same problem tha then I got my refund after 2 replacements........
And yes flipkart responded me but thomson didn't.......I mailed them many times but no response

Smart Android TV कुछ समय तक तो 4k रहा लेकिन ज्योहि 1 वर्ष पूरा हुआ, मेरे 4k option ही गायब हो गया। अब company charges मांग रही है सही करने के लिए ।
