Sorry Mr. Socialist. It is very easy to criticise government, however, government doesn´t create jobs. Governments create bureacracy, put weight on people who pay taxes, respond slowly to needs. Creative, positive people create small enterprises that if successful, and capable of growth MIGHT create working positions for othes. Dominica is a small island nation that has limited growth capabilities. Family ties and assistance is what gives support to the great majority of residents. Contributions from relatives in foreign nations is not significant. Prudence calls for covering people´s needs with what is a hand on the island for imports are expensive and difficult to finance. The solution is coming together in the face of the situations that arise. Not all is negative for Dominica. I personally believe its residents are extraordinary people that know and assist their neighbor. My only request is that my friends of Dominica never imitate the climate of confrontation we observe in too many nations that are torn at their deep core, and have recurred to political violence to settle their diffferences. Some of them are at the verge of civil war. In one of them a group of savages attacked the seat of their government, at the request of their outgoing president, and the person is still free to continue the perverse destruction. Long live the bright spirit of the People of Dominica.
